The dialogue of the on-screen movie is where the one actor professes his love for the other. Totally made my heart stop. Two cutting edge movies tugging at your heart strings.

Fixed! Watching on HULU 7/3/25. At 24:00. Dalian is the way it’s spelled in English. I don’t read Korean so I don’t know how it’s spelled in native language. Apparently someone heard yall. Great movie so far! But you gotta realize it’s a war movie and it’s gritty. KHB delivers!

I just can’t get the subs to appear normal. Sorry I need help here. I’ve tried both You Tube and Daily Motion, where it’s available in the US. the subs are microscopic. I’d really like to watch it too.

Thank you, Netflix for not completely caving in to gossip and fear mongers. There must have been thousands of us watching this amazing movie on the first day it’s available on NF. Yoo Ah Inn was captivating. I dared not miss any moments. And Lee Byun Hun was smooth and perfect for the role. This is a must watch. Totally riveting. 👍🏼

OMG! SO many rave reviews about this show. thinking of viewing, and since the OST is supposed to be awesome, it's extra incentive. but please someone spoil this for me, happy ending? (so many reviews but couldn't confirm HE) if i even see a guy in a uniform get shafted, i'll bawl. TIA y'all! <3

@CreatO, would that even be possible...to re-create the series with Yoo Ah IN's scenes? it looks like a majority of posters here would appreciate something "else" to add to the flow of the series. i think that "something" is all those scenes with YAI. such a waste and shame to cancel someone who has already paid the price for his petty crimes. ROK is so hateful in this issue. IMO, they could use some forgiveness in their lives.

Can anyone who has watched this give me some info on the timepiece that Chen Feng Tai wears? it is an old-fashioned locket type, and there seems to be a picture of Shang Xi Rui (or someone with similar headdress) inside. CFT always opens it with an air of longing.

many thanks. i've been reading the personal comments from viewers, and realized if i'm going to watch this, i need to understand the background story of the war and the fighting. war stories, especially those which depict PTSD don't happen in a vacuum. not sure of this series is for me..i'll need to have my head in a good place before i dive into it. war stories hit many of us military families hard, you always think you're seeing your son/daughter/husband on the TV. having a bittersweet/HE makes the tears more worthwhile.
