I still wonder if Tong is secretly in love with Ming, but married May because he wanted to secure his future or if he's so against Joe, because of his complex when it comes to acting and his greed to be on top with nobody in his way or simply... both.
I've wanted to watch this movie ever since it came out, but I wasn't able to, now that I finally did... I think I expected more. I really like Youjung as an actress, I've been following her works for over 10 years, but here... she didn't do that well, especially in the emotional scenes and I even found her annoying at times. Byeon Woo Seok's acting was weak too, after seeing him in Lovely Runner, he definitely has improved a lot and did so much better in the drama! The movie itself is similar to both Lovely Runner and Soulmate, I knew what to expect from the ending, so that didn't ruin the movie for me and I really enjoy the 90s settings. I think my expectations were too high, but I still enjoyed this to a certain level, so a shaky 7,5/10 from me, it could've been much better.
Not the best time travel drama I've seen, but I still enjoyed it a lot. The actors did an amazing job (including…
1. In episode 1 did Sunjae really commit suicide or was he killed? The doorbell was ringing back then too, but they never showed or clarified what had happened. He did seem depressed back then and seemed to be in a very bad relationship with his band members, so... 2. After she saved Sunjae the last time, did Sol go back right away or did she live in the past for some time? She did say 'It's been a few seasons since I came back', so I guess that answers my question, but I'm still not very sure. 3. In the latest timeline, is Sunjae part of Eclipse? They talked about concerts, but then again it seemed like he wasn't part of the band, I'm kinda torn there... 4. The grandma... she kept mentioning her husband, what if before Sol, she's the one who used a watch to go back many times to save the love of her life? Although, she often wasn't in her right mind, when she seemed okay, she knew about Sol's travels, she's the one who kept the watch safe for her and then threw it in the water when it was no longer needed. As she said... even if the mind forgets, the heart remembers.
Not the best time travel drama I've seen, but I still enjoyed it a lot. The actors did an amazing job (including the supporting cast, of course), I'm so glad that now people are finally paying attention to Wooseok. Ryu Sunjae is not a green flag, he's a whole walking forest. The comedy elements were done well and the chemistry was chemistrying, Wooseok and his heart eyes, he looks very fond of Hyeyoon. So naturally, Sol and Sunjae turned into one of my fav drama couples. It's a heartwarming and cute drama, it doesn't have to be liked by everyone, people have different tastes after all. It somehow gave me nostalgic feelings, the filming locations were pretty and the OST was very solid. It's also a drama, which once again reminds us that every choice in life matters. Sometimes we make decisions, which don't make sense to other people, but to ourselves, they are what feels right. There are a few things, which stayed unanswered for me until the end though...
This had so much potential! The first few episodes were great, then I kind of started losing interest. I wasn't intriguied by the second couple, I just didn't feel the chemistry and their story. However, Balg Geum is definitely my favoruite character, he stole the show. The main couple was cute, their story was also shaky at times and the drama as a whole has some plot holes and stuff... I just wished and expected more. It wasn't bad, but there are far better K-BLs than this one. A hopeful 7/10 from me ~
I had no expectations of this movie prior watching it, so I wasn't disappointed by it. Some things were a bit too dramatic for my taste, but overall it wasn't bad. Finally, a different role from Song Joonki and Choi Sung Eun is amazing as always. I see that some people are complaining about the romance part and how it wasn't explored enough, but the movie was fine that way, after all it's about Kiwan and his difficult life, so there was no need for the main focus to be on him and Marie. A hopeful 7/10 from me ~
Aaah... I have such mixed feelings over this drama. It is overrated for sure, but Kim Soohyun Kim Jiwon were simply outstanding! The way they delivered emotions - both happy and sad, the falling in and out of love, they were amazing! The filming locations, the cinematography, the OST as well as the other actors - all great. BUT... the plot was weak and nothing new, especially when it came to the company stuff. Park Jieun really threw in everything she had up her sleeve, but I'm not saying it in a good way. Some things were too dramatic, while some didn't make sense at all. I love how the relationship between the two familes developed, as well as Haein and Hyunwoo's love story, but the drama could've been better. I don't think Lee Joobin is a main character though, even aunt Bookja (what an MVP) had more screen time than her. I totally don't regret watching the drama, it was beautiful and it had important messages along the way, but it's surely not for everyone. It has its good and bad sides. An 8/10 from me, mainly because of the hard work of the actors.
This drama truly is a gem! The actors did a splendid job! I haven't read the novel, but I saw many positive comments about how the characters were portrayed. I loved the longing, the bonding, the desperation, Wei Qian's confusion about his feelings. The build up was amazing and somehow... the last two episodes ruined everything for me. The getting together... I don't know, I somehow expected more. Many people were disappointed with the NC scene, but I think that's mainly because of the hype around it and the editing and loud music, which were just... out of place. The plot wasn't perfect and some things were predictable and overdramatic, but the excitement of all upcoming episodes and the progress in the relationship between the leads, were what hooked me in. Sadly, they tried to fit in too many things in the last episodes, while what I wanted the most was to see the two lovebirds being happy and in love more. I'll still give this 8/10, because of the emotions it gave me and the acting, really.
I think the high ratings deceived me and I expected this to be much better than it actually was. My biggest issue with the drama is that it felt rushed, everything happened too fast and they simply couldn't cover up everything only with those 6 episodes. In general, I liked the stroyline, the acting and the chemistry between the leads, but I just couldn't get into the drama, it didn't grab me. I still liked it though, it would've been better with more episodes. A hopeful 7/10 from me ~
This profile picture doesn't do him any justice, he looks so much better! I wish him success in acting, because he did a great job in "Koi wo Suru nara Nidome ga Joto" ~
This movie was magical! So moving and touching! It shows the beauty of life, Hirayama as a character will remain a beautiful mystery for me ~ I just wished they showed at least a bit of his previous life and why he made the choice to live like this now, but not knowing... somehow fits the concept of the movie even more - "Now is now." The OST was so fitting, amazing choice of songs! The last scene will forever remain in my mind, literally perfect acting from Yakusho Koji. Some might find the movie boring, but it was special and beautiful, I rarely rate anything so high, but I just have to give it a 9/10!
I read the webtoon years ago and I must say that the things they changed in the drama are actually for the better. This felt rushed, especially towards the end (mostly ep. 8), but they did what they could, considering the webtoon has 70+ chapters. Sadly, this started off well, then... things went a bit downhill. Both couples have their issues with toxic traits, but I'm sure the second couple stole everyone's hearts. Dooyoon is the real MVP, Song Hangyeom gets the credit for that. I enjoyed the acting, Hogeun was a bit stiff at times though. This was a good attempt and definitely not a bad adaptation of the webtoon, but there are far better K-BLs. I wouldn't say 'Jazz for Two' is a bad drama, but it's not everyone's cup of tea. A 7,5/10 from me ~
This was cute, but the start and the end were just too abrupt, the story in the middle was nice though with a good build-up. I love time travel, but I think I expected too much from this this short web drama.
This movie is not everyone's cup of tea. For me, they focused too much on the violent scenes, there could've been more character build and background, but in a way I get why they did that, after all... it's a revenge story. Jinyoung's acting was great, especially as the disabled twin, but the movie has some plot holes and things that were left unexplained. For example, why was Son Hwan at the detention center? What did he do to deserve to be there? It's a hard piece to watch, I just think it could've been better. But the message it conveys is rather important.
Aah, I wish our Mob would just give in already xD

She's still very young, so she can make it big for sure!
