As for Disney+ I had to subscribe to watch Zhan Zhao Adventures and that was not even subbed at all so you may want to steer clear of it if you need subtitles .They only had traditional Chinese subtitles which is a bit annoying for me as I read traditional characters slower but since I only look at them for peoples’s names it was only low key annoying for me.
