The 1983 version is still the best bc it got all the characters right and the fight choreography is excellent and authentic even though the camerawork is less sophisticated. Wong Yat-wah looks strong like a real wuxia fighter. I like Ci Sha but sorry he is too puny to be a convincing Guo Jing.
