I agree the mysteries were not all that tightly written but I was fine with them anyway bc they made me care about the human stories.

Yeah Netflix has an exclusive license on it so I think that is the only place to watch it. It may be on some illegal sites but in general Netflix cracks down hard on those.

You mean the Tony Leung version? That was also very good and yes the Canto is a big bonus.

The novel is really long and rambling but quite fun to read. After more adventures they end up together. Its a happy ending. I think it should be fully translated in English now if you end up hungering to read it after the show.

I can't take that guy seriously in anything.
Even though the second half is a mess, its still a damn good drama just FF or skip parts of the second half.

It is one of my favorite Gu Long novels and even though the scrubbed out a lot of the non PC stuff and whitewashed it a bit, its still an excellent adaptation.

Handsome Siblings is a classic wuxia written by Gu Long and it is a good adaptation of that story. Chen Zheyuan is the other handsome sibling. Enjoy!

7.2 is very good for a xianxia, which is a genre usually low rated by Douban users. I think only Lost You Forever, Love & Destiny and LBFAD are higher rated at over 8.0. TMOPB also used to be very high until the plagiarism scandal took it down.

Yeah but hopefully not that soon... They still don't write fabulous FL roles yet and her supporting roles are all so diverse and well chosen I am happy to see her pop up everywhere to surprise me.

I think she is out acting Zhang Jingyi, who I also have liked for a long time and is also doing terrific here.
