If you flip that it is a homonym for Wúmíng 无名 or Nameless/Anonymous. This writer likes homonyms a lot. More broadly in the genre Wuming or Nameless is used to represent all the many spies who remain nameless in history. But the Wuming that is described by Han Yasi to YWS is quite obviously Lady Wuji.

Yes it is definitely on the adventure side of travel. Not life endangering but not super comfortable and quite physical.
