Yes, that is exactly what I mean. I know he is not the big bad wolf so to speak but they way he plays the villain gets me excited and revolted at the same time. The other two are ok but a big snooze fest by comparison...

Heheheh.. I am not interested him in the man way I just enjoy the vileness of character so much I can't help but like him!!! He reminds me of the way Alan Rickman plays villains.

I am a horrible person. I know, I know, I know that Kou Yunjie is vile and he's not smart either. But I can't help liking him and enjoying his insolence. His facial expressions just crack me up. He is the most interesting villain to me.

He thiinks Yuntaii is the real threat to the court whereas Lingyuan are just petty bandits. But his immediate task is to catch King Fu red handed bc he is royalty you can't just arrest him without hard evidence. But my guess is Liu has probably already figured out ithey all fit together based on his cryptic comments on Yuntai.

I think he still has Liu Gongchan helping him behind the scenes who may be the most ingenious one so far. Liu Gongchan of course is backed by the emperor. Who outranks NGF's backer King Fu. I think they are just trying to flush out who all the traitors are, which probably includes Yuntai's mysterious sect master.

I am already spoiled on what happens to Jin Biao in the book so I won't comment further.

Well from the way he wiped his mouth after kissing Bi Yuewu, he kind of knew he was sending her off to be killed. So he and YX sacrificed her to try to trap NGF. I think if Yannan knew what they did she'd strongly disapprove bc she seemed sad at the loss of such a loyal sect member when she though Yuewu died protecting her brother.

I am kind of disappointed by that tbh. I was hoping he was smarter and more tactical but it turned out he is just a love sick fool. Maybe NGF's fatal flaw will be in OVER estimating YX !!! And I know the feeling bc I certainly have!

I think she plays a lot more dumb than she really is but she may or may not know of his alliance with NGF.
