I believe because the majority of promotions goes to idol groups rather than solo singers, so international fans like them more + the dancing part and the type of music appeals more to them than ballads, but still International fans would dote on the voice of the singer and their talent more than their looks unlike national fans where they focus on beauty standards more at least thats what I noticed! and ofcourse that doesnt apply to all.

honestly the actress is just fine and she is really good, the issue is with the setting of the plot in my opinion that they are pushing the romance without much interactions between the leads? there was no moment that kind of gives you butterflies or shows romantic communication between the leads.. they just showed him liking her .. how? lol

hmm well this was cute but cringe? I dont know found alot of the dialogues especially in final episodes to be quite cringy and over dramatic lol
