Of course this will depend on which couple you ship. But for the main character its happy ending

I guess some people like it. It'd be nothing for me personally, my feelings about the drama aren't universal and I know that.
It is definitely luxurious with that giant house, must be a pain to maintain it but again some people like that I suppose.

Well, apparently the female lead could mindread and they developped some kind of grey goo thats really dangerous. Pretty random stuff.
Was just curious what the mystery was but didn't watch with subs. Its an ok movie.

I rechecked the ending and yeah I did watch this one before. I do believe you need to be in the right mindset/mood to watch this one. Its very drawn out and slow pace.
It's not something I think most BL fans would be attracted to but if you have some time to spare it may be interesting to check out.

I thought I recognised her face and yeah I realised I watched Dear My Name last year. Rest in peace, very unfortunate to hear of her passing. Condolences for those who knew her personally.

Shin Hye Sun has been an amazing actress in this kdrama. Making for a very loveable main character. The queen and king are a very adorable couple too with their modern codewords between them.

I'm very curious as to what ending the show will choose as well. They have many types of endings to choose from. Its my favorite current airing kdrama.

Second episode is fun too and while I don't know the exact episode count I know there's at least a third episode after this.
The murderer really isn't someone to mess around with.

Whenever I think I've seen everything, these sorts of drama appear.

Episode 14 was great again! Such a fun series!

I like pens too XD but it was interesting to see what others thought of as an ideal ending. I guess its good they got to make their own version. I still enjoy the original.

Some extra things they did:
They made Kurosawa look for Adachi in this episode 12. When Fujisaki is called they show that Kurosawa called her before that.
They made Kurosawa mention the 7 years (七年) he was in love with Adachi too.
And finally they made Adachi intiate a kiss at the fireworks roof.
Also of course the expensive fireworks and no sight of the pens.

Its a very similar storyline to the ''ideal ending'' plotlines I read on Weibo before episode 12.

Well... It was bound to happen in some form I suppose.
Chinese Cherry Magic fans have re-cut episode 12 to fit their ideal ending. Which was kinda interesting to see cause they changed some stuff I've seen criticised over and over again. Things I found kinda funny were that the cheap fireworks (which for some reason was REALLY publically hated in the Chinese CM fandom) and the dislike of pens were addressed. They also added more visualisations through flashbacks/mindreading and.. The ''You Are My Destiny'' track (among others XD ).

It only has Chinese subs but for a large part its similar to the real deal. Its just some events they changed up a bit. So you can check it out if you want and see for yourself.
