And 12 yrs old isn't found in 3rd rate countries. The Morality is simple : we should not judge. That must be the end of discussion.

As for the battle of 13 yrs old law vs 16 yrs new law in Korea...that's political as bright daylight.

At the end of this entire show everything will come down between him and his fans. And if the majority of his fans will stick around, the entertainment industry will take him back and not in low level movies but in hits. The bigger the number of fans that will stick around, the bigger the hit. Because this is business. Which reminds me of people saying that he denied he is dating her when the picture appeared. I don't understand why this was such a problem. We find out that some actors are secretly married or in a relationship, others have one or another sexual orientation that is not made public. They are selling dreams and although people know it, they change suddenly into zombies. Unless you truly become popular, better said loved, as a public figure you must comply with the market demands. Only then people will embrace you even if they don't share the same beliefs. One good example : Freddy Mercury, especially in those times.

Can someone pls pls confirm if my info is correct ? This is about the debt.

What I know for a fact is that after a DUI incident, proved in the Court of Law that she was driving intoxicated, where the damages produced were considered quite big, followed 2 outcomes : a huge debt fee for paying the damages and a fallen in disgrace because driving under the influence has a 0 tolerance in S Korea.

So, after this, whatever money she had was gone on payments of the damages and her career got canceled because the public refused to watch her eventual future works. The media also hunted her down every single moment which made her comeback impossible.

At a certain point after this, GM Agency agreed to pay part of the amount of the debt on her behalf because they considered her “redeemable” in the near future, planning to retrieve the debt through monthly payments during a certain amount of years, conditions agreed by both sides.

Because she didn’t pay the monthly installments, she received a formal letter that announced she is long due, so clearly she must do something about it. So at this point she tried to reach KSH asking for the due date to be delayed, he didn’t answer her messages and after a few days MG Company declared her debt uncollectible.

In Accounting, this means that the money can’t be retrieved at that time so her monthly payments are stopped. I know clearly that this doesn’t mean it can’t be collected later, when she will make some money, but it puts things on hold for a certain amount of time. At least until she can pay what she has owed up to that moment.

MG Company announced this decision to an official person from her side, official proof of conversation exists, and it remained for that side to announce her. I remember very well in the conversation MG Company insisted they make sure she will be announced of this decision.

another question that bothered me was why the family refused the autopsy. there are 2 things : certificate of death and autopsy report. without the report you don't know the time of death. the death certificate only shows the date the body was found. nothing more. The thing is that in Korea, autopsy isn't mandatory. and you need the family accept. which leads me to the question : when exactly did she die ? was the death certificate ever shown ?

Thank you @brokendishes for the video. The lady seemed to be very informed and dedicated to KSR so I will assume her information is right, that KSR was married but separated at the time of her death. Falling in love, rushing into marriage then separated on good terms and prepared for divorce. Being separated at the time of her death, her husband couldn’t have watched her nor had a chance to prevent what followed. This answered one of my questions.

Supposedly she was abused, groomed, raped, humiliated and dominated for years. Then she met a wonderful man, they fell in love and got married. In this situation 2 things can happen
1. She either wants to put her past behind her and chooses to have a clean start, a new life together with her loved one or
2. She wants to fight the injustice that was done to her all these years, having proof in her phone and with the loved one by her side encouraging her.

If she wanted to put the past behind her and start a new life it means she was strong enough to move on. Then why did she end her life ?

If she chose to fight back, having the support of her friends and her husband who will stand by her and protect her, then why didn’t she do it and ended her life instead ?

Some say she protected him till the very end. Then why did she upload that photo knowing that it will cause a media frenzy and his career will be in danger at least ?

Others say that she finally gathered the courage to fight back trying to tell her story but nobody believed her. Then why didn’t she post her story telling how she was abused and used for years on her social account, together with the proof from her phone ?

I really wasn’t interested in the alleged abuses or abortions, nor I am interested in what her ex-boyfriend said, that she cheated on him with her husband. I just wanted to find a logical connection between her life and the alleged abuses, because so far KSH team came with evidence verified and certified by a special institution and her family team came with words, unverified papers and even fabricated data. No matter how hard I’m trying to be impartial…how is this justice for KSR when nobody knows what she was thinking and what exactly was that she wanted ?

There shouldn't be long summaries. First we need to know if they were still married or divorced at the time of death. This will explain many many things about everybody's present actions. It will make light immediately.

If they were married, then is game over. She was on his watch.

If they were divorced then questions arise :
if he knew about her being abused by her ex why didn't he contact the family ?
why didn't he support her with legal action ?
why did he accept a divorce with her being so fragile without having her back as a friend or at least or as a human being knowing she has a history of at least 10 suicide attempts ?

Then, from here we can follow the timeline backward. For eg. : the husband or the ex-husband failed her, who was the closest one to her before him ? what did that person do ? Of course..this is all for the sake of having a conversation...morally speaking which ignites fire because we are all very very different people.

But if this page is filled with both love and hate why not fill it with some objective and constructive talks as well ?

I also noticed they achieved part of the intended goal but in these cases they usually become too confident and that is when their narrative becomes exaggerated. That's the moment they start losing control and the audience.
My best bet is that the actor will get back and stronger than before and I fear the family will take the fall for everything and will be massacred by the mob.
