The Evil King lost. Usually evil loses when brave men stick together. And although those ministers and court officials were more interested in keeping their lives, when a hero appears and cleans a bit the yard (even if they don't remember him), throwing the garbage out (those 2 fools that got what they deserved), evil can do nothing but lose power (white hair, got old, remember the ep where he almost lost his sword and got gray hair ?). It seems he was just a joke, a fool, not a real adversary. Just another pawn with a huge ego and mental problems. The true players of this game are the man in black and the Supervisor and XQA is still caught in the middle.
Don't feel sad it's over. It was a great journey.

- all those questions you have in the end are for season 2.

- we don't know if the man in black is good as he says or he is tricking XQA knowing he can't take the fortune out of him otherwise.
- this was a game that was played with Supervisor having an upper hand, now is the man in black's turn to move the pieces and XQA is in the middle.

It's just a power play from the man in black. In this moment it's a direct fight between the man in black and the supervisor (good vs evil) and XQA is in the middle. Season 1 the Supervisor had him under his watch. Season 2 the man in black will try to get him on his side. Anything can get reversed, even Lord Wei can come back with the pill from the Bureau. This was just the beginning.

well, you can imagine it all has to do with your experience as a movie watcher/viewer, in general. There are people who can't see beyond one or two steps unless the drama shows it very very clear. Others can see 3-4 steps ahead. But what I learned with this drama is that will always explain things, the latest the next episode. It doesn't waste time. What type of viewer you are, I have no idea, but for me, I could see the links and imagine a few ending scenarios that would make logic. Now I just finished the last ep. and I may tell you that whatever I imagined is gone and it blew me away. This means for me, that the writing was so exceptional that could surprise the heck out of me. What you will understand, or see, or imagine or how will you take it, it depends only on you. I hope you'll have the same wonderful experience as I did.

Definitely it will be season 2. they left notice in the end, even what it will include. I couldn't see past my tears, can't believe I wrote the above comm right. I just checked it. omg...I even sent that guy to hell. Clearly I was out of control...lol. But this is not my actual lol. And his laugh....omg. Amazing how a drama can get to you and shake you to the core. That is the moment I call it a masterpiece.

exactly. how can you get a feeling or an understanding of an end without watching the last 5 episodes ? And people started to comment about it without having the whole info.

I need a break to gather my powers because I cried so much. So many emotional scenes. I would like to read the comments and if I read that the ending was bad, or it was BS, or whatever other BS possible due to lack of knowledge, maturity and even stupidity, I will flip and I really don't want to flip. God, give me peace and patience. I really really still have faith in people.
