Just based on the series, it looks like mostly a continuation, with some overlaps happening in flashbacks.

ikr? I was like, "Wait, that's it?!" They did so much more in the novel lol. Though I guess given the rating, it's understandable. I mean, his dad is... pretty f---ed up by the time they're done with him.

They showed more in the uncut version.

It should. That's the format for season 1.

So basically, a rip-off of A Boss and A Babe lol. But, it'll be interesting to see how it turns out. JD seems to be trying out different genres, so they might surprise their fans with this one.

I'd say the one whole "cat cafe" theme is what got some people (cat lovers) excited. Take that away, and it's really just an ordinary story about a creditor falling in love with his debtor. However, cat lover or not, First Khaotung are two of GMMTV's best actors, and they've been known to deliver good chemistry, so I'd say wait until the next episode before passing judgment. After all, the show just aired two days ago.

That's okay lol. Just watch Project Alpha. Or ThamePo. He has a pretty distinctive voice.

That's what I heard. That Hong and Lego voiced some of the cats, but I thought it was only a rumor. It's just that one of the cats sounded eerily like Lego. That's why I asked.

He said the highest rated GMMTV BL series, which from what I've read, is true. It doubled 2gether's record. This is PPW's best work yet.

So, basically...

Season 1 - scripted as hell, but still entertaining. I know some people who rewatched it for KengNamping and ThomasKong and TleFirstone.

Season 2 - DMD thought, "Find a partner for the older generations, and maybe form a few new CP's while we're at it." Predictable, especially when you see who later joined the show. Still, it got a killer playlist, and it has its moments, so I'm not complaining.

Season 3 - Adding Ryujin and Patji seemed excessive, but I guess DMD wanted to make their partnership official on-screen instead of off-screen like TleFirstone. Didn't wanna waste content (lol).

Season 4 prediction - Operation: Find Poppy a partner (j/k)

It's Restart, not Reset. Last I check, they might start filming this year, along with You(r)tuber.

And then the killers show up and kill them all. The end.

Plus, to gather them into a single protection group would mean the group would have to come clean about what they did, which from the looks of it, they're not keen on confessing.

They need a new arts and design department, that's for sure. I like the old one better.

They probably added it because they wanted to deviate from the novel (which is fair) and to give Mint and Tee more screentime. Personally, I don't have a problem with them making changes, but there are only two episodes left, and it kinda messed up the pace. But, oh well. Guess we'll see how it turns out next Saturday.

Tbh, this is probably my least favorite episode. Don't get me wrong, I love the interaction between Thee, Peach and Plub, along with the subtle but significant moments that had me anticipating what might happen next. And JJ, poor guy (lmao)! However, the scene where Tawan punched Peach felt downright underwhelming. Maybe it has to to do with the fact that I read the novel beforehand, and I understand production may want to change some things so the show wouldn't be identical to the novel. Still, this particular scene is a pivotal point in Thee and Peach's relationship, and they absolutely botched it.

Another thing is, there are only 2 episodes left, and they finally remembered all stories need a villain? Like, seriously? This is the point where they should be winding things down, and they decided to commit the ultimate Thai lakorn sin by cramming one last storyline towards the end of the show. Granted, I feel that the production team has been doing a good job so far with the pace and everything, and for a moment, I wonder if someone else has taken over.

Anyways, overall I'd say the show is still great. After a week of GMMTV-less show, I NEEDED this episode. Still, I couldn't help but feel dissatisfied about the direction it's going. But, I'm still optimistic, so I'll hold out and see how they're gonna start and wrap up Touch's storyline in 1-2 episodes. At this rate, they'll probably need to do a few special episodes to wrap everything up.

That couch scene gave me Fish in the Sky vibes, the difference being Neo not being there to wreak havoc. XD

Two. Enigma Black Stage and this one, though GMMTV did have shows on other streaming platforms, such as Viu and Disney+. I think Home School and Enigma were on Amazon Prime Video.
