Following that logic she shouldn't have anything to do with being the saintess, furthermore the only reason she became the saintess in her previous life was because she wanted revenge after her family got killed. They still need to bridge the gap with time travel and reality to make up for the reason as to WHY she became the saintess and HOW she got the mark. She has zero ties to them as she has never left and went to Nanwu. The writers manage to use every single Gǒu xiě jù( soap opera) cliche there is. I can't tell what I'm watching anymore. In my humble opinion I think they should’ve release the full chat first with all their previous interaction, since they have Saeron phone. I’m also positive that’s there’s way more recent photos of them going out/meeting up. Since she kept those old photos she must still have the most recent ones.
