The first two episodes were interesting. This will be a good drama if they can keep it factual regarding the surrogacy process and steer away from the normal scheming and family angst (although some of this has crept in), and focussing instead on the importance of relationships.

Have a look at Lawless Lawyer, Miss Sherlock and Switch. Tunnel (a time switch detective drama) is interesting, but Secret Forest (Stranger) takes the biscuit.
For the most part, I enjoyed much of this Lakorn. So, enjoy it for what it is. Yes, it’s not perfect by any means, but there are some very good elements, it just struggled with its identity at times.
Davika plays a very good role here and much of the supporting cast put in a good effort. The other leads are okay, but perhaps needed a bit more oomph. It’s not a bad way to spend a Saturday!
I have found this to be great fun so far. Both leads are doing a great job and I think the mum is great, especially when laying down the law to the guys in her family: “I will shave your heads etc.”
Well, I thought episode four was very good and then all the good work seemed to unravel during episode five. I felt it was all over the place. Ha Yeon Soo is doing a great job as Kim Bo Ra. However, Yoo Chan’s character, I feel, has become lacking. As others have said, the CEO vibe has disappeared..

For me Lawless Lawyer is top notch (and it even follows at times some of the correct process in court - the dry procedural stuff) and is great fun. It has fabulous characters and the sidekicks are a hoot.
I really enjoyed this show until episode 20. Then I found the next ten episodes were so so and I lost patience with it and zoomed through episodes 31 & 32.
I like the characters, the acting is very good and the filming is spot on. It’s just what has happened with the story.
Today I looked at episode 39. As some others have said - suddenly this episode has put things back on track (I won’t be watching eps 33 - 38 - the ultimate in fast forwarding!). So, I have gone from dropping it to, well maybe I will just watch the next episode.

I think you raise some very interesting points. Is Ms H in fact portraying empathy? In the matters of partiality and therefore the application of being impartial, empathy by decision makers is very important. There are many legal cases (and quasi judicial ones) throughout the world where evidence has not been enough, or is lacking and so empathy comes into the equation when a decision or ruling is made.
On the matter of history, it is often said it is written by the victors (or those who claim they were the victors e.g. Rameses II vs Muwatalli II - both sides claimed victory!). I seem to recall dealing with Hammurabi many years ago when I studied archaeology because he was perhaps the first ruler to come up with the concept regarding the presumption of innocence. As my kids would say, “Gee Dad - were you around back then and meet that guy, because it sure sounds like it?”.
Anyway, I have wrapped up my viewing of Ms H after two episodes because it wasn’t quite gelling for me. I was hoping for a lot more. The potential was there.
After two episodes I have decided to give Miss Hammurabi away. I can see what the writers are trying to do, but I find the show is a mish mash of approaches, ideas and issues. Each time the story becomes interesting, it then quickly unravels.
The acting is fine and some of the characters are very good. Even some of the scenes are real gems and the back stories are interesting. However, it feels like I am watching three different shows moulded into one.
