She was also exaggerating the symptom so all the attentions would be shifting on her. At the moment, the guy was…
The point of exaggerating is what I understood. But..... It was badly, really badly executed. But that's me knowing how an asthma attack AND hay fever both feel. That's probably why I found that scene absolutely not convincing. For me it gave a very bad impression. But that's just me :D
I've finally gotten down to watching this series! I'm watching ep 2 right now.... Did the writers ever actually see someone with an asthma attack? I mean, rashes on your skin is most definitely NOT a symptom of asthma! (I kn ow, because I actually HAVE asthma) And her asthma attack was EXTREMELY quickly resolved. If that's supposed to be convincing...... Developing asthma when she was tending to someone with a cold? Well.... If anything her symptoms would then have started to show. It's not BECAUSE she was tending to him as it's suggested between the lines. But I'll let it slide.
Oh well. Episode 1 was good. I'm glad they decided to set the rebirth age to a higher age than a toddler like in the book. It makes it much better :) There's one thing I was wondering about (despite Song Mo apparently falling at a slower rate than Dou Zhao while he has heavier armour and thus should fall faster, if my physics understanding is correct): Song Mo keeps falling, while Dou Zhao comes back up. I'm guessing it's because we see it from her POV, but it still feels.... strange somehow.
I'm glad they showed us growing into adults in one episode! Otherwise it would have been way too long, I feel. I found that part in the book quite boring especially with the info dumping about the family and such. I almost skipped complete chapters because of the info dumping. I'm glad the writers of the tv series did it like this. Much better!
don’t know about other platforms but express will start on the Chinese version of Youku I think at 550pm China…
Ah, that's good to know! I checked the sites linked above, but they only seemed to have previews for 27 & 28, but not something I could recognize as early access drops or something. Then again, my understanding of Chinese is... non-existent :D
Not minding spoilers here: When did the ML and FML finally "officially" become boyfriend and girlfriend? I know Jiang Shi Yan says he can now finally her his girlfriend, but I seem to have missed the moment when they actually admitted they were boyfriend/girlfriend.
No kisses yet as of e17, but e17 has a semi confession that no longer fizzles out with "bros for life".There is…
Geesh, still not? I was kinda wanting to skip to a few episodes, but it seems I'll need to skip more for that.... I guess I'll just watch the slow burn for now in between other things and watch the last episodes from the moment the kiss finally happens!
This is so frustrating, no story at all, they just need to confess their feelings and it will take atleast 20…
I find Ren Jia Lun worse in that aspect. He not only has a natural sadness in his eyes. He has a natural sadness in his face. Which is too bad, because I think he can act pretty okay, but that sad face.... I know people can't help that (obviously), but it does make it hard to watch some series. With Zhang Xin Cheng I find it better :)
Song Yichun really can't be proud of his son, can he? Disgusting behaviour. But portrayed well :D
I love it that DZ stands up for herself against the schemes of her uncle and father. Well done, girl!
I'm looking forward to watching the next episode!
I think you may be right about DZ staying there. It gives a good hint.

ETA: nvm, I just saw the message that the express package will drop later today.
What were the biggest things you noticed?
Can someone help me out here?
With Zhang Xin Cheng I find it better :)
