I like your way of thinking! In that case Feng Lai should most definitely be played again by Xu Hai Qiao indeed! He's perfect! And to keep it in check, I would prefer Liu Yu be played by the original actress (Xuan Lu) as well :D

I haven't seen the series. I mean, neither one has a lot of work on their lists, but that doesn't mean they can't make good series, right? I wonder about the negativity as well!
I heard Hu Yitian not good in costume drama and It’s Zhang Jingyi’s first costume drama.
Hu Yi Tian has only played in one costume/wuxia drama as far as I can tell. The others are all modern day/last century). Perhaps it was not the role for him?
It may be Zhang Jing Yi's first costume/wuxia drama, but I found her to be a good actress in other series I saw with her as the FL.

Out of curiosity, why do they feel the need to dub him? Is it because of time restraints? Or is it like with Wallace Chung (apparently) something about his accent? Or something else? Just curious :)
