As in, obviously, Put seen who hit him, and has now realised, too late sadly, that he was a sacrificial chess piece in a much bigger game? Is Little Jane the Queen? 😂
I think I've only seen one clip from the modern day era (which was in the trailer) so they've done a really good job keeping that under wraps. I highly praise the storytelling capabilities here.
This show is a solid 10 for me right now, and that's not easily earned this early. I am a point hoarding dragon, and I will mercilessly chomp and burn a score down (aka bitch, whine and strop 😂) the second a show slights me! But if they can keep up this momentum throughout Vol 2 (complete with a new opening credit sequence, I assume 😍), this will be the fastest and easiest Unicorn rating I have ever given a series 😂

I think I will ultimately be finishing this show. I can't seem to let go of this unwavering desire to see if it can salvage itself.
On paper, it's awful. It's repetitive and clunky, it looks tacky, the acting is awkward, and while there are faint glimpses of a grander plot, it keeps reverting back into this shallow rich family drama, and it's barely scraping the surface of even that.
I can understand a low budget, but I can't excuse the lack of narrative effort. What on earth went wrong behind the scenes? Everything just screams a cheap, quickly created vehicle for BoatOat's sex scenes, and perhaps some adverts for the other couples.
Omegaverse is such a fun, complex concept to play with and I'm almost in shock that they have somehow managed to make it this bad. Just .... how? There are no rules in Omegaverse, why is the show dragging it's knuckles across the floor?
I dont want this to fail but I keep giving it grace because the core concept had so much potential, but instead of stepping up, it feels like the show is wasting its own premise, and I remain incapable of walking away 🥲
