This was actually very cute, definitely fluffy first love vibes. For it not getting very much buzz it's a nice feel-good watch.

Ok so I'm officially going to pretend the first 6 episodes didn't exist, they were so unnecessary. Episode 7 where we (FINALLY), get some plot development was a move in the right direction. Hopefully, it continues to improve from here. The teaser for episode 8 is really where I'm feeling might be a turning point in this series.

Is this the one with the million actors??
You might be thinking of So Much In Love, there haven't been too many characters on this yet imo there are only four main characters right now (and one antagonist).

Am I the only one that actually likes this series?
I'm enjoying it so far. It's not my favorite but there's nothing inherently offensive or bad about it. It's not super intense, and I think the fact that there's not anything incredibly dynamic or dramatic about it may put people off. I feel like we've seen similar comments from other BL with more staid storylines (i.e. not TharnType). It's just a matter of preference. I actually like when we get characters that are more introverted, and have quieter personalities as we see so many portrayals of confident, aggressive, extrovert type energy from leads. While I would say Solo is definitely on the aggressive/possessive side, he's definitely an introvert. In a very different sense from the icy tsundere characteristics of Phu, which is a nice contrast (we get Phu's character a lot more often too I think).

I'm in the same space with this that I'm in with My Gear and Your Gown, it's meh but then there are aspects of it that keep me interested? It's weird. I really do like Solo and Gui's chemistry, from the comments I'm probably one of the only ones haha but I really like their subtlety. There's nothing grand about their expressions or gestures, but that almost makes it even better? Maybe it's because we've had so many series with the full-on intensity of emotion, which is also great, but I think its nice to see something quieter every now and then. But I will say their dialogue...or lack thereof, is very basic which makes them come across as very basic and stilted. It's a strange dynamic. Especially because, for me, they definitely have the "honey eyes" butterfly inducing energy in their scenes together that could make you believe the characters do feel something strong (if confusing to Gui) for each other. Or maybe it's just Nut lol he definitely has an intense gaze. Solo has pretty much accepted it from the beginning but I kind of like that Gui has been hesitant, I think I would be mistrusting of such an intense "love at first sight" type of emotion as well, and I think he does play that off.

Completely skipping Kim and the doctors, it's too ridiculous. And while I like the idea of Phu and Khao the reality of them is a little disconnected. I'm waiting to see how their story goes. I feel like I'm still just waiting for things to develop/take-off and we're halfway through! Which has even more strangely been my issue with the majority of the series running right now.

let's agree to disagree. I've yet to see anything even remotely resembling 'good' that he supposedly "directed"
they wrote this a year ago, likely after him coming off LBC (the first season) which got a lot of people excited about his future work. LBC was (and still is) one of the most popular BL we've had. When it blew up, it put him on the map for a lot of people even though he'd already directed Make It Right. Things have gone down hill from there.

It's not something Anyone should "Enjoy." ITS RAPE. And should NEVER be used as a vehicle for a Romance. FULL…
Something should be made clear. Rape isn't a kink. Fantasizing about rape isn't a kink. Rape has nothing to do with the BDSM community which promotes very healthy and deep structures of consent in play. Depictions of actual rape that are misconstrued as BDSM play are extremely problematic. Fantasies about willing surrender, dominance, power, control, yes, but rape is about the taking of consent and deliberate inducement of fear and hurt from the perpetrator to the victim for sexual arousal. Very different things. Fantasizing or enjoying rape performed on yourself or others is typically caused by some underlying form of trauma or issue that has yet to be worked through, it isn't healthy.

I don't know why people are so quick to normalize the lack of seeking healing professional help when they are experiencing concerning mental paths. It's not to say someone is psychotic or sick, it just means your brain is connecting with something it probably shouldn't as a coping mechanism. I find it really interesting that people who actively enjoy reading, watching, or experiencing rape culture (not power play) spend so much time trying to actively convince others (and themselves) that it's perfectly normal and ok. I don't think there's anything wrong with considering there may be underlying issues that might be triggering the act of seeking it out and finding enjoyment in it.

I keep vacillating between this being "meh" and it catching my attention (I feel like this is a chronic New project syndrome). By far the most interesting character to me is Pure, and I love his friendship with Waan. I'm not convinced by this, but I'm still watching so there is that haha.

I'm up in the air about this. The plots are definitely different and (surprisingly) sound interesting, but since the cast is a boyband and I'm assuming this is to get their name out there, I'm hesitant about what the final product will be like. I guess we'll have to wait and see...

After watching the trailer for this I'm really excited now. This was an "I'll wait and see" series for me originally but now I'm really looking forward to it. I've heard the novel is really good so I'm going to try to fit in reading it before it releases. Looks like Fall is the season for Thai BL right now haha

From what I've read the story is based of a fanfiction that was a spinoff of 2Moons, that's why the names are…
Well the amount they spent on production was immense (over 1.5M USD) so I'm hoping they actually surprise everyone and do something really good haha I'm going into it with an open mind and excited to see Kim, Cop, and Bas reprise the roles I loved them in, I'll keep my expectations low from there.

We have a release date, yay! Supposedly the budget for this was astronomical considering typical BL budgets, so I guess we'll see. I'm going into it not expecting much and just enjoying the fact that we'll get Kim, Copter, and Bas back into similar roles to their 2Moons characters, so hopefully it's a little bit of closure for those of us who mourned the loss of seeing them close-out the original series hah. I've read some of the novel (which wasn't translated all that well) and the story is quite different even though there are similarities, it'll be interesting to see how they take this on.

Soooo if I understand correctly, this is an AU that was inspired by the 2 moons series, and somehow unofficially…
Not a sequel. This was a fanfiction that the writer based off the same universe of 2Moons which is why some of the names are similar but different. It's not technically connected to 2Moons at all, so they were able to get away with basically re-casting the OG 2Moons actors in the roles they originally played (I like to think of it as a little bit of snarky shade the company chose this particular storyline lol but that's just me). That's why the story veers from 2Moons. For example in this story Phai (Pha) leaves Wayu (Wayo) behind without explanation from the very beginning (similar to how Godt left the OG series) which is why there are new love interests. People are speculating that he will actually end up with Thanu (who was a senior medical student ahead of both Wayu and Phai who graduated) but I haven't read far enough into the novel to know how it ends. The story also very heavily revolves around Mark (Ming) and Krit (Kit), who are the leads. It's definitely different. Also, there is no way they would have, reached out to Chiffon_cake (2Moons author). They didn't end on good terms after the first season.

After watching the teaser I'm already so invested. This looks like it's going to be really poignant, heartfelt, and touching. The production and script already seem so strong! I can't wait.

I hope they do the story justice, it's really intriguing but is also dealing with some heavy themes, like split personality disorder and the effects that can have on someone's life and happiness.

Ok went in not expecting much and came out with probably one of my favorite characters ever haha. I love Oil so much, and it's about time there was a lead character like him. I love how fiesty he is and how he's so unapologetically himself. The plot outside of Oil and Tan's story is a little confusing but I think it's quite a bit to do with the subbing (even though I'm not complaining since it's much appreciated) and the Director's cuts. Overall pleasantly surprised as this wasn't on my radar at all!
