It sounds like the script has been rewritten by a new team of writers and Han Yan has full control as director + one of the screenwriters.

This year, Didi watched many fireworks (wonder if he was behind the fireworks on Hi6 and Wonderland) and then the official concept poster showed colorful fireworks, which seemed linked together, and each step implied clues for the next step.
