No problem. Yes, the trailer looks really good and the story intriguing. I also like the glimpse of Xiao Zhan character in the trailer. Maybe they add more scenes between him and Darren, which would be cool to have a friendship between the 2 characters. Hopefully they do not change the storyline as it sound really good as is. Yes, please just broadcast this drama now. We have been waiting for too long already.

The drama finished filming 2 years ago, but there have been reports of extra scenes being filmed this summer/fall featuring Xiao Zhan, plus other reports of the editing still being worked on around the same time. Basically, there were reports of the drama being worked on this year of 2019. This is why some people are worried that drama producers may have made changes to focus more on Xiao Zhan character since his popularity has skyrocketed and producers want to take advantage of that. It's not unusual for Chinese dramas to have massive re-edits right before airing or even to be pulled while airing, edits made, and then airing resumes. So again, when the reports came of editing and possible additional scenes, some people were concerned that the drama might be changed or recut to focus more on Xiao Zhan's character in order to capitalize on the popularity of Xiao Zhan. Yes, you make a good point that the publicity promotion for the drama would want to focus on Xiao Zhan character as much as possible in order to capitalize on his popularity, and it does not mean that any actual change was made to the drama itself. I think if there had not been those reports of editing done and possible additional filming done this year, people wouldn't be so concerned over the publicity statements and would share your views.

As other poster said, he play character of Si Kong Zhen, one of the best friend of Male lead Li Qian. He is the "smart" friend, and the one they always joking about him and Li Qian bromance. He is not the friend who like the Princess, but the other one.

Xiao Zhan x Li Qin-They make a cute couple???- I do hope that the producers haven't gotten rid of Darren Wang as first male lead, or changed the plot altogether to something different. I was looking forward to Darren & Li Qin romance with happy ending. Now I'm afraid Darren may not be in the drama at all.

You're welcome. I'm glad you were able to finish the drama since the project seems to have stalled over at Fanthailakorn. As you said, they are focusing on other projects now. I'm just glad another source subbed the drama. Looking at the subtitles, I think it might have been VIU, which would be good news if true.
