Light hearted

Storyline/Plot: It was not interesting at all, it wasn't something that just made you like-feel original. However, it wasn't like a clique or trope which I will give points for yet their wasn't anything special about the story all together. Besides, the fact that the two male characters pretend to be gay just so that Dubai (main male character) can stay in the U.K and not get deported.

Acting/Cast: I don't keep up with the other characters, other than Aarif Rahman. I liked his character in here because he looks so dorky looking and innocent. Which they couldn't convince me by giving him round/circular glasses as I still kept drooling the whole time as they couldn't tame the mature and sexiness' of him. On the other hand, I liked how funny he is when it comes to his facial expression and his English. I liked Sandrine Pinna since she wasn't like Fan Bing Bing looking like a whole model in a photoshoot.

In conclusion, their was so many funny scenes which I liked. I would definitely recommend especially if you are just looking for something to watch and laugh at.

Story: I loved the story! A girl who is lonely who has a hard time speaking up to people when she is not happy about something and a guy who is a introvert finding love. I find this drama to be simple but still interesting to watch and it was quite funny as the male lead would keep a straight face most of the time until the last ep. Then, their was no big bad character in this drama as suppose to the others (the handsome cowboy). Many would call this drama unrealistic, but because this doesn't happen to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen. The only thing that I wished was that they both had a serious kiss as they did but it was panned out.

Acting/cast: I love the whole lonely girl and the introverted type guy pairing because both of the characters had something to learn about one another. Aurora always put on a front when things are not how they should be (ex: lying, gossiping and misunderstandings). Which Hawk teaches her how to speak up against things that she doesn't like or not comfortable with. Then, Hawk who is introverted but very outspoken when he doesn't want to do something 'boring'. Which Aurora breaks him out of that and allows him to smile more. Also, she makes him realize that love isn't 'boring' and is the most sweetest thing.

Music: I wasn't that much interesting into the music because it was probably the same music being placed over and over.

Re-watch value: I would definitely watch this drama again as I already did because its just too cute.

I love this show,it was funny and so real at the same time. Even though, I think that her placing a box on her head was a little to much for the drama. The acting from the main leads was good for this drama. However, Alice who placed Vivien, her acting was terrible as she was very stiff during her screen time. Then, I love the way the father was in the show, but sometimes he annoyed me because he had a therapist tell him how to handle his daughters issue. He could've been their for her and give her a honest advice. Furthermore, I didn't like Minton at all because the way he treated the main female lead which is the reason why she became self-conscious in the first place. Then, he didn't even bothered to tell her that he was the one who made her self-conscious and even worse he expected her to accept his confession. Then, he made her think that it was Zero (main male lead) who made her self-conscious. None of the less, I definitely recommend this drama for those who haven't watched it.

I had high hopes for this drama because I watched the second season which was pretty good in all for me at least. Then, when I watched the first couple of episode, their was a lot of things that I began to not like after watching it. The characters began to change and not stay true to who they were in the beginning which made me mad like for example... in the beginning Suzy's character was rude and arrogant. Then, Ham Eunjung's character was nice and sweet ,but as the story progressed their characters swapped. I was supporting eunjung's character a lot only to be disappointed. Which I understand that characters are meant to be changed, but I like eunjung as she was going to be a good singer because suzy got everything. Plus, her character was rich, which made her arrogant and rude at the start. However, eunjung was just her shadow and was made to shine. Then, poor kim soo hyun character ended up losing his hearing made me disappointed, I liked him on My love from another star so much it had me in tears OMG!! I couldn't watch it anymore... MY HEART HURTS

To be honest, I didn't really expect much from this drama as the beginning was kind of boring at first, but then it started to pick up as I started to watch it more. Then, it was pretty funny at times between the lead female and the second lead whom she shared a one sided love for. Moreover, their was more boring and even sad parts but it does have its happy ending in the end. I do recommend this drama for those who are into romance dramas, comedy, and even contract marriage. The story also doesn't just revolve around the main and second lead characters, but also their parents as well as they all struggle with their own issue with cheating/affairs and communication.

Cute but hard to sit through

The drama was nice and pretty to look at in terms of production. However, it wasn't enough for me when their was things to of course improve.

Plot: The plot was interesting, if it was executed probably. The first half of the drama was dragging so long to solve some of the investigation. I would watch 2-3 ep. then would not watch it for a whole week. Then, I even started skipping through some of the scene's because it was just boring. On the other hand, their was some good things like everyone who is evil ends up getting what they deserve. Also, the ending was cute as Zhaolin never fails to bring justice with his kissing to save the day.

Characters: The character's was good along with the actors/ actress's and they were fleshed out. Again, every evil character got what he/she deserves. Their was good character development and plot twists with some characters that I personally didn't expect.

Mu'er: I had a love/hate relationship with her as a character. She was very annoyingly stubborn especially when she would cause trouble for the main male lead. On the other hand, she was in tune with her feelings for the main male lead. Also, she was not annoyingly weak yet a strong women. Furthermore, she really was a perfect match for the male lead because she would play and mess around with him.

Long Yao: I love him as a character, Zhaolin never fails to executed any character that he is playing. Long Yao is very immature and playful yet caring, kind and smart. His character development was out the room with some of the other character. I love when him and Mu'er be teasing each other and his facial expressions be out the roof. He really sacrificed himself a lot just to make Mu'er happy.

Yun Qing Xian: One word: Annoying.

In conclusion, the drama was okay. I'll probably not re-watch it as much as other good drama's because it was just hard to sit through. But, it is definitely worth the time to watch if you have the time. Especially for Zhaolin.

Lighthearted; Youthful

From what I've read from other reviews, I was really hesitant to watch this since I've gotten it to the Actor Bright and Win. So, I decided to suck it up and watch this series since it would be my second BL series. After watching this series, many of the reviews that this got was just unjust since the series was pretty good and not what I had expected.

Storyline/Plot: I really like for a BL that this drama wasn't stereotypical when it comes to same sex couples. I liked the fact that both of the characters didn't start of gay but slowly developing feelings for each other. Furthermore, I liked the messaged that Sarawat had told one of the other students who was a girl and not gay/bisexual was that he didn't care about being open with his sexuality but being with the person that he loves. It meant that being homosexual was more than just a title as they both wasn't gay nor Bi. I also like how funny and comical it was since it wasn't so serious and light. The characters were great at portraying their characters as the jokes and endless flirting didn't come off as cringe nor flat. The production was good as everyone got their time to shine and it did well with the transitions from couple to couple. Which I know that many series that features many couples struggle with having a good amount of screen time.

Acting/Cast: I started watching this because of Win, but it made me realize how good Bright's acting really is. I would love to see Bright, and Win do another BL since they had really good chemistry together. I don't know their sexuality in real life but if they are not gay nor Bi, they surely made this convincing. Furthermore, I love the fact that all the other actors really got along with each other well off and on camera.

Music: I liked the music, since Win sung most of them and he is getting better at singing. Furthermore, the actors were heavily involved with the soundtrack as well.

In conclusion, this series is worth the try since it was really good in its own way. I've rewatched this drama more than 10x (not exaggerating) because it had many sweet, romantic, and funny moments that had to be rewatched. Again, the chemistry and plot were really good.

Shocking Plot Twist

Storyline/Plot: First of all, I wasn't expecting any thing that happened in this drama. I thought the reason for Haruto telling Koari to stop sleeping with her boss was because as a man, he knew that he wasn't going to leave his wife for her. But, as I kept watching their was a deeper meaning behind it which I was shocked. Then, their was more to the story from watching the first couple episodes, which everything exposes and comes together towards the end. Which the story changes from this being a women having an affair with her boss but something bigger and deeper. I have to give the writer a round of applause cause this was different and just shocking to watch.

Acting/Cast: Of course, I have to give Dori Sakurado his flowers cause I watched this because of him. But not to discredit the other actors/actresses, they did really well with their acting. However, I am not going to lie but Haruto (ML) he made me mad at times.

In conclusion, I will definitely re-watch this drama since it was really good and I have been watching peoples edits on YouTube which is pretty good without spoiling the drama.

Okay Plot, Great acting, and Great ending

Storyline/Plot: I liked the plot all the way until the half of it. At that point, I started to feel like I was watching whole another drama. Besides that, it was interesting especially how good the production was and the outfit.

Acting/Cast: I like the casting it was really good. I know a lot of people wanted Leo to be the main lead but I completely disagreed. Because Leo if he played an arrogant, confident man like Prince Li (Wu You) it wouldn't have been believable. I liked his character in Ashes of love and his character was similar. And he executed it very well, I just felt like Aarif did a good job as he was mature and fit the role perfectly. I agreed that the main characters didn't have chemistry. However, I did feel like this was one drama that I didn't need a kiss scene or a confession. Since, you can tell that they both did love each other. But, I felt it was the fact the female lead did overshadow Aarif's character a lot.

Music: I don't really comment about the music but the opening was different as their wasn't any lyrics involved. I didn't like the song that played every time that a romantic moment happen though.

In conclusion, it was good. I would definitely re-watch it just for the romance and fight scenes with Aarif since he was so captivating.

Unoriginal, yet entertaining; funny

If you like the older women/younger man trope than this is for you and of course if you like Fan Bing Bing and Aarif Rahman.

Storyline/Plot: The storyline is not original but it was a nice touch on the whole one-night stand trope. It was funny, which was good since it wasn't so serious of a movie. I liked how the movie didn't take itself serious since their was not One serious moment. I didn't expect it to be that funny as I tried to not wake up my whole household. In the beginning, I thought it was gonna be a bad movie the way it started but I was wrongly mistaken.

Acting/Cast: I liked the cast, I am not a serious fan of Fan Bing Bing since she always looks like she is in a photoshoot. Also, I don't keep up with her in general. She was really good playing her character thought even though she (the character), Michelle was frustrating at times. On the other hand, Aarif Rahman was good since I am familiar with his drama's. This was the first time watching his movies yet his acting was different than his drama's. Which I guess was because of the character that he plays. Also, his English is very good since this is a Chinese/English mixed movie. I hope that he does more of these one day. Also, his facial expressions are so realistic and funny.

In conclusion, I really would recommend this for entertaining purposes, something light hearted and not to take seriously. Especially, if its late at night and you want something to watch but don't want to start a 40+ episode drama.

Strong Female Lead & Icy Male Lead

This drama really gave me an essence of what the Eternal love was, when it came to plot and production. If you love the eternal love then you're going to love this drama.

Plot: I love the fact that the main leads wasn't originally supposed to be together. Also, how it was love at first sight but the main female lead how to work hard to get the main male lead to be true to his feelings. Furthermore, for 30+ episodes it wasn't boring nor dragged out. Their wasn't much misunderstanding from both of the leads. I even liked the costumes from both of the characters as well. The romance was perfect as it made me want to be in a relationship myself. Its very clear as day that Caesar Wu is an experience kisser.

Characters:

Chu Xiu Ming: I love his character because I'm a sucker for male leads being stern and introverted. I love the first time we're introduced to him in ep.1 because I shocked like the female lead because of how handsome he was. When he finally opened up to the female lead, I was so happy to the point I couldn't believe his character development. So, of course I had re-watched it over and over again. Furthermore, I liked the way he confessed his feelings to the female lead. Not to mention, that I love how he and female lead be playing games on each other. As far as Caesar Wu is concerned, this is my first time watching his works and he is really good. I can't wait to see him in other projects especially modern day dramas.

Shen Jin: Not going to lie, she reminds me of Xiaotan from eternal love due to her outspoken yet bubbly personality. She is also witty which makes her a good match for Xui Ming. Despite them falling in love at first sight, I'm glad to worked hard to win him over. Also, how she is a self-less character and always put her mother and family before her own.

Cutie Pie: I find her to be bubbly along with her lady, Shen Jin. I like how she is always concerned for Shen Jin when their are in a serious situation. Furthermore, she is seen sometimes giving Jin advice which sometimes work or just flat out doesn't. However, sometimes I do find her annoying at times when she whines.

In conclusion: I love this drama as it was funny, pretty to look at and entertaining. I really hope that their is another season but in modern day time. Of course, I want it to be more like the second season of eternal love but not like Ice fantasy. Which was HOT trash. I really want Caesar to be in a modern day drama.

Enjoyable yet underappreciated

This was equally as enjoyable as the first season, I don't understand the negative reviews that this season has gotten. Honestly, it was good or better than the first and held up to the hype. Most times, when dramas or movies get sequels they are not as good as the first season, but this was an exception.

Plot: The plot was amazing, I must say. I love how it left off from season one so it make sense for this season with the time traveling arc. Many people was complaining about it being confusing yet they didn't finish or watch it until the end. Because, when Mo Lian cheng(Future) went back in time to help save Xiaotan, he had sparked the butterfly effect. Which is why everything was different than in the first season. Of course, anything with time traveling is going to be complex instead of being simple. Aside from the time travel, I loved the endless amount of romance that was in it. The kiss scenes was very steaming making you wish that you had a love life. Which I would have to give Zhao Lin a lot of credit. Furthermore, the costumes were pretty and better than season one. The humor was also excellent making me want to spit out my drink as their are so many modern/ future references.

Characters: Most of the character's are the same in personality so their wasn't much character development from the first season. There was character's that we didn't see in season one such as the consort of the emperor (Lian Cheng and Yuhai's father) ,the foreign princess and Lui shang (Lian Cheng in disguise). What also was bring to my attention was that both Pan'er and Yuhai didn't even learn from season one since they both had a second chance at life. Pan'er did sacrifice herself but because she knew that even if she kept on living Yuhai would never love her.

In conclusion: I would definitely re-watch it and suggest it for people who haven't watched it.

Plot and Characters

This drama was very good in terms of casting and production. However, the story had a bit of things to work on and things that could've been exacuted better.

Story: The FL gets pregnant by the ML, however she ends up losing the child. Which the FL blames the ML for over three years not knowing the truth. The ML even spends all those years feeling regret from losing their child yet the FL never takes this into consideration. Furthermore, both of them never really are told the truth about who was really behind their unborn Childs death. Also, they spend 10+ episode on them having misunderstandings that could've been easily solved.

Characters:
Wang XiYi: He was are average typical jerk of a character but I didn't find him that way at all. I was able to really sympathize with him because he had a hard time communicating his feelings at times. I was happy when he had the courage to tell Jiaxin that she could keep the baby instead of having an abortion. You could also tell that he even started to show feelings for her as he was jealous at times. He was one character who really developed into a good person even when making a lot of bad decisions.

Jiaxin: She is a shy, lack of confidence, and low self-esteem character. I felt bad for her in the beginning since her boyfriend cheated on her and blamed her. But, when XiYi came into the picture and he started showing feelings for her. She was really pathetic and foolish for not understanding his feelings while confessing. I hated her character development because she started dressing mature but her personally was very off putting. She even spent three years blaming this man for the death of THEIR unborn baby without taking in account that he felt guilty as well.

Dylan: I hated Dylan, he is your average typical second male lead. To be honest, a lot of people liked him as he was more mature looking. But, nobody realizes how of a real jerk he really is. He caused both XiYi and Jiaxin pain so that he could eventually have Jiaxin to himself. He even helped his sister Anna get XiYi back which backs fires.

Shi Anna: She is a professional ballet dancer and the second female lead. I hated her because she had continued to ditch XiYi every time he was wanted to spend sometime with her. She always put her career first instead of being with her boyfriend which was selfish of her. When she realized that XiYi was no longer in love with her but with Jiaxin she refused to accept it and tried to sabotage their relationship. In the end, she does not admit to having something to do with the death of their unborn child.

Story: The story is not really original in terms of concept of it being taken place in different realms. However, the colors and cgi makes it stand out from other shows just like it. Also, I love their way of rebranding what 'love' is and making it fit the theme of the story. Even how certain events lead up to the main characters of the show.

Acting/cast: The acting was really amazing whether it was main or minor characters. Everyone played their parts well and their was awesome chemistry between the main leads. Their was a lot of misunderstanding with certain characters that I felt from my perspective weren't right or that I didn't see.

Run Yu: People felt like he was malipuative and didn't really love jin mi as Xu Feng did. I felt as if he did,but he could only secure her had he mulipulate her. He also wanted what was rightfully his because his step-mother (xu feng mother) wanted everything for her son only. Which he shouldn't because he is not the eldest son like run yu is.

Jin mi: In the show, they blamed her for the cause of the two brothers fighting. Which I felt was really not her fault because she not aware of what 'love' was in the beginning. Also, she thought of the both of them as friends until she realized what was going on. Then, I felt it was unfair that she had to sacrifice her sight of seeing color just because Xu feng decided to be very petty. Also, I love how forgiving she was when others weren't towards her.

Music; The music really fit the vibe of the show and it was the most amazing OST that I've ever seen. It also was placed in the right scenes that matched the mood.

To be honest, I only watched this drama because of Push, but this was far more than what I had expected from him. I loved the story it was very real and something that happens in real life. Furthermore, I can relate when people tell others that they don't look pretty when they do and try to push them to the very end. However, while I was watching it, it did annoy me that she listened to her so-called friends to get the plastic surgery. Only for them to distance themselves from her when all didn't turn out well for her as she got allergic from the chemicals receiving acne. Then, I hated her boyfriend as he dumped her because she wasn't pretty anymore and not loving her because of her personality. The acting was on part expectally her gay friend Bee, he was so funny and the energy in the room when things didn't go so well. I would re-watch this drama again when I get tired of Kdrama's.
