After seeing the trailer, I don't think they will prolong the divorce issue too much, but they'll probably fall…
I might continue watching if this scenario happens. This could be as fun as the CLOY North Korea episodes. I'll keep an eye on this show just to see if your prediction pans out..
I feel like this is a very avg drama with expensive cast & cinematography!! It is the 1st line dramas like goblin…
Yeah same here, dropped it around 30% of ep4. All this family makjang stuff is just not my cup of tea. I'm here just to monitor if the story goes another direction.
Nielson Korea Nationwide Rating of 13.9% 🔥 Almost entering the top 20 highest rated viewership series of all…
I think this will beat Crash Landing in ratings eventually, but CLOY is the better series for me because of the early North Korea arc. What I don't like about CLOY was the family and corporate backstabbing and people flaunting their obscene wealth. Despite the interesting main character arc, the current series has "Penthouse" in spades. At the rate I'm using the FF button on my remote, I think I'm about to drop it.
As I feared, "Arsenal syndrome". Great first half, mid-second half collapse and slight improvement in extra time. Poor script and lead female character, not helped by the rather bland acting from FL. Like many here said, the ML carried the team ala Maradona at his prime.
What should I watch after this series is over? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Well, one of the most anticipated romcom kdrama of 2024 is airing , right after this one finishes on Netflix and TVN.
Can someone tell me are these ratings good? I'm so bad with this stuff
Yeah, I concur, its average to above average. What I read (a few years ago) is that paid cable TV stations like TVN, JTBC have lower audience than public stations. As a rule of thumb, multiply ratings by two for comparison to public stations like MBC. A hit on paid cable TV ratings > 10%.
Maybe I'll get some hate for this but I don't think Shin Sae Kyung was right for this role. She is very expressionless…
Yeah, I think So Min can pull it off. I can see her as a tomboyish type person. Never seen her as a Joseon noble lady role before. though. I agree that SSk is totally miscasted(edit: too feminine/pretty and not because of acting skill ) and misdirected.
yes, it appears to be a toxic relationship. I was at one point wondering if he would give up his kingship, but…
I also commented on Eun Bin's recent drama. She looked too good after spending 10 years on a deserted island. No hint of sunburn etc. I guess we have to live with this aspect in East Asian dramas. However, I notice that some Japanese actresses are more willing to "bare" their face if it's required for their role. Also, I think in Doona, the FL went almost without makeup in the hospital scene so that she looked weak and sickly
bipolar personality
