Did FL give the idea? Nope. The only thing FL could have done is sent a driver instead of her driving, but the repercussion would have been the same cause the breaks weren't working. Instead I believe she could have been blamed for orchestrating the incident if breaks of her car failed and she was not there in the car herself, but only the King.

I saw that scene, but castle group's next heir is her husband, like even her father in law wants that. I thought she is just reminding that they need not fight against FL for that, but instead support her to marry ML. I mean the dumb couple wants the castle group to be of them only, but I don't think FL's sister in law is manipulating her husband as such. Yes she definitely more intelligent than her husband, telling him how to behave, changing tone with her sister in law, giving ideas, but I wouldn't say that's manipulation.
If she really wanted power, she wouldn't have dated and married the loser husband of hers. I mean she had money, noble status so yeah. Again that's my take. We can just have different perspectives to it.

Wait, ML's dad died 13 years ago. ML's brother was crown prince when he got married. That means ML's brother's marriage to the current Queen Mother is at least 13-14 years old. But their son is 8 years old, doesn't that mean current king was conceived at least after 5 years of marriage?
