Novel did not have fantasy at all. But the drama though an adaptation, has made many changes. But if I just have to answer this looking at the trailer, I think its because FL has Schizophrenia. There are scenes in the trailer where she sees non existent people. Maybe that's why there is a fantasy tag. Edit- Oops, I forgot. Novel did have fantasy, the FL had transmigrated from the future, completely unnecessary to the plot though. The drama has changed it.
