For people who haven't read the novel, you probably are enjoying this very much and I envy you. Whereas I am suffering from the comparison effect. I can't help but to compare the imagination of the story I read in the novel to this drama adaptation...sigh Btw, if you have read the novel, is it me only that thinks they went OTT in setting up the scene of LXR and her group. I mean do we need to see LXR worship snakes, do these ritual etc for us to know she is evil. I honestly love how they set it up in the novel or the way I understood it from the novel. E.g. Imagine you(ML) are a rich heir to this company. You live with your auntie who dotes on you, shelter you and quite protective. You also have an adopted sister whom you get along with well. The auntie is not as nice to your sis compared to you but well, whatever. From an outsider you seem to have it all. Your house and everything is just normal like any rich kid. Even though your auntie seem like a mystery your curiousity never went beyond asking what's going on in your head until, one day you meet a men who tells you that everything you know about your life especially your bio parents' death is a lie. He gives you a diary which belonged to your biological mom. And from that day everything changes, you embark on a journey to seek for some answers.......etc So this is how the novel set it up, I find it different to the drama for some reason. Maybe it's just me.....sigh
Hmmmm, don't know how I feel about this remake. Like I am soooo overprotective of Doctor X. Like noone can ever be like Dr Daimon Michiko so I'm torn about this news. Ofc I also love Kim Ji won so I'm really conflicted. Tbh, I rarely watch remakes cause each time I try, somehow I get disappointed. So I wonder if that will be the case here or I will be pleasantly surprised instead, or I will avoid it. 🤔

They obviously still like eachother so whats with all this playing house...This is the reaso why I ghost all my exes cause if looking at this couple tip-toeing around eachother is this exhausting, imagine seeing the actual ex....naaah, it's a full time job. So I hate King and the actor is doing a great job at it. I have to remind myself that this is a kid (hey, I'm old alright) hahaha One thing I gotta appericiate though is now a lot of people are seeing or experiencing this woman ghost cause it would have suck having Thup be the only one who sees it and have to convince everyone. When they started banning these dramas I was taken aback but since I'm from Europe, I thought, well not every country is accepting change and letting pple be who they want to be. In the end, I was like maybe in China they are still more traditional whatever that means. However when I started following up YML's death one of the thing that surprised me was that actually, there are so many openly LGBTQ+ pple and some very wealthy and yet it's ok, which it should be. So I began to wonder, why would they ban a fictional drama when they are actually not who they seemingly claim to be. It just doesn't make sense.

The more I watch the more I want to feel sorry for SL since we know what to come but he is such an enigma sometimes. The way he is with FX is like he is enticed by danger and curiosity is somewhere there. Ofc he hasn't crossed the line as he is fully aware so I'm curious to see if he ever cross it....Geez who am I and what has this drama done to me....🤭
Its COMING people🤗 Saturday feels so far away. I still haven't finished reading the novel but I am pretty far gone. I remember chickening out and took a breather. This story is incredible 👏 🙌 I am curious to see how some actors will bring the characters to life. For instance, the ML character role is soo crucial that you can't mess up. Like he is pretty much the pivot of this story and his character is very interesting. I have always liked CXX but I'm not gagah over his acting. And this role, you can't rely on your face only, you need to act so I'm curious how he will pull off Yan Tou. I have sort of have an idea how Dilreba will deliver her role and I hope she will exceed my expectations. The ones I'm actually anticipating the most are the Villains expecially the Auntie role. I mean in the novel, this woman is incredible....I have very complicated feelings about her and her clan.
Hioki is becoming the most popular, 😆 I mean who can resist that cute smile. He is such a sunshine. Watarai has a tunnel vision for love....And I love it. Like on that school trip he was like I don't se you Bi***s, all I see is Hioki. When in romance mode he even forget his bros are around. Lucky Hioki. I had missed this fluffy fluff J-BL romcom.
