There are more but they are not as popular and therefore don't get spread as much. So you need to keep less popular studios in your eye as well and outside of Thailand too. Tho I find it super hard to keep track with non-thai QL dramas since they don't make such big announcements. I always feel like korean BL just randomly pop up out of thin air one day when they start airing 😅 (which may be because it's usually small indie studios). Anyways I have some lists on my profile where I collect different genres, maybe you find something in there you don't know yet. We can just hope, but since even GMMTV finally wants to go bit darker with the next projects (can't wait!) maybe we get some more good stuff now.

I love (and prefer) darker, mature and complexer genres mixed with BL/GL/QL. There are many who love it but a lot of people also prefer fluff and light stuff. I am glad the industry branches out into other genres nowadays and also go into the darker and more complex stories for the other part of the fandom. I already got so bored few years ago. The thing is the people who love darker and complexer stuff are usually not on MDL because this community here is so toxic and closeminded. It's simply no fun here. I am just here for the infos and calendars.

are you maybe confusing "it is not to my personal, individual taste" with what actually quality means... because from storytelling and film quality this is a damn good first episode. Quality doesn't really have an opinion.
