Just because the Thai government is transphobic doesn't mean we have to be transphobic as well? MDL is not a medical record where her birth sex would be relevant... The only people who need to know that she is trans is her doctor and maybe her romantic partner. For everyone else it's not our business. Transwomen are women too.

I don't think the actors are terrible, they have actual good moments in between. But it's the writing and directing :/ The characters are bit 1-dimensional and inconsistent.

I love the second couple way too much. Them both as individual characters and as couple are at least intersting and kinf of fun. They are the only reason why I am still watching this mess 😅 And Fah is the only character with a brain and a spine. Why are any of them still hanging out and helping Jimmy. He's srsly the worst BL main ever. Watching Jimmy suffer is making it a tiny bit good again. (but I also lowkey ship Jimmy and Teh, they are too funny together kinda want a fuckboi x fuckboi ship).

well... yes but not for long. Maybe half an episode. It's the one you mentioned, the dad of the one lead killed the dad of the other lead. They are both in rivaling mafia families. This will be shown in the first episode already and is mentioned in the trailer so i don't consider it much of a spoiler. It makes sense why Peace had to keep that secret but it's also understandable why Sun is mad about it, when it comes out. But he will understand that Peace is forced by his family.

That said, this series is 50/50 Bl and mafia action revenge story, so it's not 100% just about the main romance but also about the families and their dynamics. imo a very good mix.

No misunderstanding but secrets. If you liked Knock Out you will probably like this one too. It's more like the last episodes of Knock Out with the whole mafia plot.

True, i grew up (since my teen years) in the manga & japanese movies side of BL and GL fandom and it was such a nice time with queer folks discovering they are queer and cishetes just chilling together, going to events together, enjoying the joined interests together. And now it's so much war of who is allowed in and who is allowed to say where it's going, who or what is better or worse than the others... the absolute entitlement and abusive behavior from fans who treat the creators, of the media they allegedly love so much, like dirty circus monkeys...

a lot of fans are so spoiled they don't even bother to think about the amount of work, time and money that goes into such a series.
it takes minimum 1 year with planning, filming and post production, marketing etc. and P'Nuchy (director of Not Me, Burnout Syndrome) once dropped that each episode of a thai series costs around 20-40k $. and these nagging fans will be the first who will cry abuse accusations the moment their favorite actresses getting sick from being overworked...

BL fans too, it's the same sauce of ignorance. We reached the toxicity level of kpop fandoms and it's no fun to be on social media with these kinds of people. that's why a lot of fans don't even go there anymore. it's just sad that the actors and creators have to face them day by day....

imagine wanting to watch LGBTq+ series by LGBTq+ people even and then call those people queerphobic slurs for not entertaining your stupid quick-dopamine-addict-brain 24/7... or alternatively for dating the wrong person... or having the wrong identity / sexuality. some of you really need to get therapy or go offline. evaluate on your life choices. nobody wants freaking queerphobes in the queer series fandoms! get the f out of here!

and don't even come at me for the word "queer" i will just block ignorant idiots. use google to first of all understand what that word means, because everyone who is bitching at me for it 100% does not even know that. (and yes BL and GL series ARE part of asian queer / LGBTq+ media and yaoi / yuri was always supposed to be an inclusive save space for all genders and sexualities.... actually it even was till social media idiots ruined that the past years)

Not every episode but the one or other, especially the last 3 episodes. It's very action and gang fight focused.
