I don't need high budget production as long as the story is compelling and unique and gives me interesting characters. I really like this one, it's a nice change from the usual.

yall never watched 80s/90s fantasy TV series and it shows... thai BL are ALWAYS low budget unless they have some big money bag full of sponsors

the product placements are intentional overplayed for fun. this is not even a new thing in BL, they rarely do these subtle or serious

he said in the last episode at some point that he does not hate Siwat, he just hates the situation and tries to keep the whole past life a secret / is in denial of all of that but he's not immune to the attraction they both have for each other since they met. he kept it behind a wall til now that they get along a bit better and he realises Siwat may not be that much of a threat as he first thought. fictional characters are like humans not always the most rational.

or admit that they actually don't know anything about acting, writing or production in general.... or human behavior outside of romcom series

what's wild to me, a lot of comments go extremely against MDL community rules that are pinned on top of every comment section... But even if you report really bad discriminating comments, they rarely get deleted... this shows me how abandoned this website is by now. I feel sorry for the mods who have to handle the websites bugs, badly coded UI (the info submission process is horrible) and the mess in the comments....

There is not just one kind of BL. The amazing thing about BL is that it is a genre you can mix and match with all kinds of other genres and level the romance / love up and down as you want, according to the story. And Khemjiras main couple was a lot about yearning and forbidden love / denied love at first, so it makes sense that it was not that present and very reluctant at first (Peem was a hard nut to crack). And it really would be off if they would be too lovey dovey through the whole fight for survival and fighting ghosts. Peem is too much of a professional shaman for that.

BL just means boys love, tho that's just the international term. In Thai it's y-series which just comes from yaoi, which again is summed up just gay pwp... but this all gets lost in translation and y-series has it's whole own meaning now as simply stories about same sex couples falling in love in whatever way.
btw NC scenes do have a lot to do with love (aka romance), because you get to see how characters treat each other, how much they want to be together OR the opposite, if they are not feeling it could be possible too. A lot of things can be revealed about characters feelings and motives through NC scenes.

He did that so Peem and his previous-life master can fulfill their karma / punishment (when they were naga gods) and Ramphueng would have only come to her senses if she realised she almost killed her son on her rampage. If the last bit would be true we will never know. Maybe if she knew he was her son she still wanted to get revenge despite having him back. But the moment she almost killed him herself that's a shock for her to get her out of it.

Not every person (in real life) cries the same way, I don't see an issue here.

I loved everything about this T_T A lot of beautiful messages in this. And every characters story was so touching! That includes Ramphueng. I cry rarely and I usually don't care that much about kids stories. But her backstory and reuniting with her child broke me. Also Khem and Peem adopting the reincarnation of the ghost kids! AND I really really love the Chayada x Jintana <> Charn x Jet story as well. It's really beautiful. And I hope we could see the girls in a Domundi GL?

the comment sections on this website is like a dirty swamp. i know a lot of people who just stay here for the calendar function and media pages but avoid the comments like the plague because of how unpleasant and ignorant many people are here.
