Wow, i suddenly look forward to every Wednesday. YXG and XHT are so cute together, YXG broke my heart with his crying and i was glad that XHT felt regretful for what he did to him. Sun Bo was cute in the first episode with his crush and it still kinda is cute but he went too far with that forced kiss and not giving him the space needed after that. No adult would date a high school boy whom they think simply has a school boy crush despite the attraction that they feel which Lu Zhi Gang obviously has for Sun Bo, it's a moral dilemma. I'm counting the days until the next episode...
I loved the first episode and it didn't bother me at all that he kissed his girlfriend. If a guy has a girlfriend, it's only natural that he's at least a little intimate with her and judging by her shallowness in wanting to switch to another guy you can tell it's a superficial relationship with no true love in it. All the more love he can give to Yu Xi Gu. Plus it's only the first episode and there are 20 more, if they just jumped into a romance at the very beginning then that would just be unrealistic and boring, feelings develop over time and that's what makes a story and keeps us waiting for the next one. I can't wait...
I absolutely loved this more than anything. I usually have trouble with 16 episodes but this flew by and i'm so disappointed that it's over, i smiled and laughed and cried throughout the whole thing. It was so refreshingly real and although it followed some of the usual k-drama tropes it still worked really well and i loved how adult it was. The chemistry was out of this world, it's like they actually cast four people who had been friends since high school. Also the younger generation of friends...that was so phenomenally done. The characters were so diverse and each had their flaws and good qualities and each went through so much and you could really relate to all of them. Watch this if you need to smile and laugh but also want something with substance.
Does anyone find it odd that in this drama they are playing lovers and in real life Park Bo Gum played piano at her wedding...to another guy...i find it so funny
Absolutely loved this drama, i love that Son Oh Gong wasn't a good guy. He was a bad guy that happened to fall in love, i love characters like that. I also loved that they were all friends but would still potentially kill one another, a battle of immortals with too much time on their hands where the evil that they do can't be considered evil since it's just their nature. The ending was weak but trust me there are a lot others that are FAR more disappointing than this so i wasn't too let down and i could enjoy it to the end. I personally loved the open ending, even if there isn't a 2nd season it's just enough to close off all loose ends and just enough to leave you guessing and using your own imagination. A 2nd season will actually just ruin things for me. All in all, excellent drama
This was so cute, very enjoyable for someone who doesn't want anything too serious and needs to be reminded that love can sometimes just be all about the sweet things in life
such a gem of a series, the fact that it was only 12 episodes made it even better because that meant no draggy plot and unnecessary scenes. the character development was beautiful and the ending was really sweet too
Loved this drama with my whole being. The age gap didn't bother me so much but the ending kinda did. What, was he going to stay immortal forever while she aged and died and then came back again because she got four lives to live? That bugged me. Also why couldn't he be friends with the Reaper again? They just made him look so alone and lonely after Ji Eun Tak left which is exactly why he had wanted to die so badly in the beginning. Also Sunny and Reaper deserved a better love story, they should have expanded on it a bit more... Other than that this will always be my most favorite drama. If you want one just as good watch Legend of the blue sea
I was confused by the cast at first, they needed a better introduction, some things were too brief and didn't give you a chance to know what was fully going on. Other than that the visuals are breathtaking and the music is exquisite and who doesn't love Kris Wu? That was rhetorical because everyone does
Love So Ji Sub....amazing actor and it's sickeningly sweet watching him with the kids. Wished they had developed the villains a bit more, was a bit anticlimactic in that regard...otherwise it was pretty great. awesome OST
I cried like a baby watching this series....it was so beautifully done for something that didn't have a big budget. Because of china's censorship it wasn't a romance between the two leads but the way they did it romance wasn't needed. You could clearly see the love between them, can't wait to watch it again....
Cutest drama I've ever watched. If you're feeling down and want something that'll make you go 'Awww' the whole time then watch this. It makes you feel light and fluffy
He changed to the crown prince at the end so i'd like to think that Tae Yong did somehow wake up from the coma and have Yi Gak's memories with him. otherwise why would they show him in his Joseon getup? I'll think of it that way because if i don't i'll be a bit too disappointed...
