Only been able to see the two episodes that are subbed on Viki, but so far it has the silly, unrealistic situations and characters that are common in Chinese dramas that can be relaxing and refreshing from the Korean melos :) hopefully one day these will all be subbed so I can finish it!

Either you like it or you don't, if you can't get into it drop it and watch something you will really enjoy. No one can help you with that decision, its different for every person and their unique taste. I personally love this drama, but that doesn't mean you will. Watch what you want and avoid what you want, don't worry about anyone else's opinion on it :)

I really love Jang Hyuk and his role here...this drama is really promising..but Gye Jin Sung annoys the hell out…
Agreed! Though I found it really interesting that Dr. Lee lied about the soju bottle lid in episode 4 and we see him keeping it. I'm sure they'll expand on this in future episodes...
