I have no clue what on earth is happening from start to end. And jeez how dumb the police lady is. And whats with the whole shaman thing - is it even necessary? And I cant understand the autistic girl, like... I cant at all.

This is a good show, could've been one of the best shows if they had just concluded it in 12 episodes...First…

Title The One and Only Spoiler
am I the only one that thinks that dramas where there's like one murder with no mystery or plot twists should…
Well to begin with, there's more than one murder. That's why they talk about serial killing. And I think the murder plot is more of subplot and used to showcase romance/relationship/characters. It's not really a plot driven series.

On I Am Married... But! Mar 22, 2025
Easy to watch.

I thought at first by just the title and cast, I thought it's going to be heavy drama/thriller like Before We Get Married, but it's not.

I like the slice of life take of marriage. I would probably rate it higher if I was married. I'm guessing this will be more relatable and impactful for someone especially in Taiwan who is married.

I like the subplot of Soulmate, we all knew this will be the finale plot.

The ML family is enjoyable to watch, but I was hoping that the FL's side family also has participation. It's just suck, but that's kinda the reality of dynamic of Chinese marriage.

I really dont see any chemistry between the two leads. :\ Plot is also contrived and annoying/frustrating. Nonetheless, comedic antics held the series.

So infuriating. Why does the FL didnt touch her grandfather's butt when it matters the most?
And why the hell she didn't touch the butt of Gwang Sik, who was dying in her hands? Now they have to figure out what's "black".

OMG, finally finished this. I can't believe it, it was really good. The last 3 episodes are exceptionally wonderful, the whole series just wraps up beautifully.

"Life is not like a movie, it's a real deal."

The JOURNEY. The journey of all of the characters are worth it. The character development. The character growth. It was really beautiful and great. Every single character is worth it. The living characters, the dead characters (not spoiling anything here) - all of them have a character arc story. Heck, even the store owner, the DVD collection, and bottle of alcoholic drink (I have no clue what it was so I made it generic) has a story to tell.

I also love how it was very META. I love how clever it was written, I won't be surprised, if some of the stories are drawn from real people and real experience. The title was meta. Heck, even the series ending seem to mirror on this. The show don't seem to be a big blockbuster, but definitely going to be a beloved project for many people - and yes, thanks to the OST! - Just like Mu-bi's movie.

And can we say, that this series is just not another boring slice of life. I was engaged. I was emotionally tugged. It was also not pretentious or try to be something else. It was grounded. It was almost a true-to-life story. It is RELATABLE, there is so much issues tackled but it was not overwhelming, from parents-child relationship, bullying, female-male friendship, brotherhood, life choices, career shift/choices, moving on, grief, love/relationship, passion.

At the end, there was really no need for another season or another chapter. 10 episodes was enough. This show changes how I even see Park Bo Young. I'm sorry to say but a lot of her projects I've seen or attempted to was meh (doom at ur service meh, abyss dropped, oh my ghost was just okay), I tried to be caution when she is around because mostly I felt it was another boring romantic series. Anyway, like I said, I am not a big fan of romantic series, but this one was A+.

Nearly there. 3 more episodes for me. That's it. This has to be my favorite OST of the year! Every music just hit my liking. I LOVE IT.

im not a big fan of romantic kdrama, but this captures my attention in the first episode, and just for some reason, held my enthusiasm. The characters are endearing and adorable, despite their flaws. Unlike other series, where I have characters I don't care or not rooting for, this does not have that. Plus the OST, the cinematic shots, they are so good.

My expectation was way too high because of the rave and reviews, that I felt a bit disappointed. Sure, the characters and emotions are quite good, but I felt there are some missed opportunities. I also felt a bit bored somewhere midway, the focal change in the story did not work well for me, I am probably in the small population who does not care with the lengthy extrapolation of the backstory/history, mainly because I was not too invested with these characters. One of the strongest reason why - the main superpowered parents are just too overpowered. You cannot really open the story with hunting down of well-trained adults and then kill them like almost effortless by one guy, while the other half adults cant be dealt with the same guy. This is why I am more interested with the kids, because they have the storyline of power awakening/training. I wished they would explore that (perhaps in S2). And speaking of S2, they need to nerf these parents. And I also think because of how the narration of the story, I feel even more attached to Bungaeman. I'd like to see him more, perhaps, become a mentor/leader of the superpowered youth.

Im not really thrilled with the parents story. I'm more invested and interested with the younger generation. I always like the process of knowing someone has a superpower and how to control or use them. The whole thing was just meh for me. The action sequences were nice and all, but they started and set things up to make us care about Kim Bong Seok, and that's where my interest were already.
