Now let's not forget the song they played during that final scene where Yichen was looking for Yuanzhou: Return After a Long Dream. Idk if you read the lyrics of the song while the scene was playing out, but I thought about how well it really fit with it. It makes the song even more beautiful 🥹

On ep 12. I am loving it. But wow, I am confused about some things. I feel like there's some big plot holes.

1) How did Li Shuang not know Jin'an was actually the one always saving her? I thought he had his scars shown openly to her in the beginning so she knew. I mean, remember the kid who always had those blue scars and she caught him having it so she knows they're the same person? Lol I am confused.
2) Yao State caught Jin'an and put him in chains. Tell me how can no one tell he's Prince Annan (besides the other two) when he doesn't have his mask and scars? Or does no one really know what he actually looks like? I doubt he always wore a mask back then when fighting so... what is it?

Btw, seeing you as a Yuanzhou and Yichen shipper, I will say there are a lot of scenes throughout the drama that can be interpreted differently if you haven't noticed already. I didn't notice this on my first watch, but once I rewatched it? Oh, there's a lot of scenes out there which you can interpret it as the BL version instead of the BG version. As the delulu and Yuanyi shipper I am, I like to think of it as the BL version xD. I can even share some!

When Wen Xiao was in the middle of the two of them, while he does look concerned for Wen Xiao at first, tell me why his focus was on Yichen? Shouldn't he be more worried for Wen Xiao by focusing on her? But instead, he's more fixated on Yichen who is fixated on Wen Xiao.

That scene when Yuanzhou was with Wen Xiao but then suddenly thinking about what Zhao Wan'er once told him, "I know I can't persuade you, but I believe that one day you'll meet the person who makes you want to live." At first, it may seem like it's about Wen Xiao bc Wen Xiao is right next to him as he thinks this, but at this moment, it's not that he was thinking about Yichen. It was more of a foreshadowing that Yichen would actually be that person.
