I can't remember which show it was, but this was a show that premiered in 2023, or 2022, I submitted an update to the list because I've watched the show and clearly an actor was not the lead.
MDL replied, that's what the press release said.
A week or two later, someone submitted the same edit, and it was approved. ROFL.
So, who knows. Maybe the Lead actors list on this show will be updated later if an account they highly favour submits it. ^_~
Anyway, don't trust the cast lists. You definitely have to watch it to know their roles.
There were also other cases wherein I even included a link and time of a cast's guest appearance. It was declined, with no reason stated. I checked if my submission was a duplicate, but nope, the guest appearance I submitted was not in the cast list for the next 2 days after they declined my submission. It only appeared on the 3rd day, no doubt, after the account they want to get credit for the submission submitted it.

No country is a paradise, at least in our time. We all hide something that we don't want non-natives to see.
In addition to that, as foreigners, we don't have the right to “defend”, or “defame”, other countries. The best we can do is rely on facts, and the words from the locals themselves.
Thus, I don't understand why there are blind fans. Worst, they worship other countries but pulls down their own home.
What is even more ironic is that, for K-drama writers and Japanese anime/manga artists, they've been incorporating social issues in their works in the hopes that people outside their country will at least start to get curious. Instead, people dismiss it. I guess gone are the days when audiences and fans tries to understand the mind of an author, and the reason they used certain topics and social issues. (They even blame the author if things didn't go their way.)

Truth, non-local “fanatics” deny the truth even if a native tells them.
Example, Japan. Tell a fanatic that sexual abuse and rape is common in Japan, and they'll immediately go on defense. Yet, Japanese women, and non-government organisations, has been crying and shouting for years about the sexual abuse and rape “culture” in Japan, and no one's listening to them.
They act like they know these places far more than the natives and documented cases.
It's the same with what Westerners call “cultural appropriation”. They love to act “on behalf of”, destroying and shaming people in the name of being “anti-cultural appropriation”. When the natives of the culture that they are pretending to speak on behalf of, tells them it's okay, they won't even shut up, and instead either ignores the natives, or also start defaming the natives.
Because the drama was so good, they're finally considering airing it in Korea.
