I agree with what you're saying normally, but the issue with Chom putting off telling her family, at least for me, is the fact that they've been together for 3 years. The time is the issue. I get that it can be hard to come out to your family, but after that amount of time, you're just being disrespectful to your partner. I wouldn't want to have to feel like I'm my SO's dirty secret that's not allowed to ever come out, and I think that's how Tonnam feels at this point. It's not like they are just newly dating

I think you are confusing cut and breaks. When they split the ep into 4 parts, it's like commercial breaks, but you still see the full thing. Uncut versions have extended scenes, or entirely new scenes that the cut ones do not. It's usually for censorship or timing reasons.

Now that you say it, you're right lol. Almost every Thai GL I've seen so far had a years apart aspect. All 3 airing now do in fact.
