Does the actress that plays Wan's mother ever play anything other than an absolute bitch of a mom? Everything I've seen her in she is the absolute worst mother
the scene with louis's character... bitch, learn to differentiate between basic friendliness and active flirting??…
Even if you misconstrue their intentions, which in this case is understandable since Wan did unintentionally come off flirty a couple times, as soon as she rejected the flowers he should have just walked away. The first 10 seconds of that scene made it obvious there was a misunderstanding between them. He seemed like a good guy until that point
i try to understand chompoo but i swear its like why date someone when you have to fully hide their existence…
Exactly, you can't control who you love, but you can protect yourself. Look at 23.5. Sun loved Ongsa unconditionally, but still broke up with her for very justifiable reasons to protect herself from further harm. Only once Ongsa was able to realize what she was doing to Sun and actually change the offending behavior was she willing to actually take her back. Tonnam needs to get away from Chom, even if it's temporarily, so Chom can realize how distraught Tonnam is due to her behavior
I just finished ep 2 and Pleng and Ek are annoying tf out of me.
Like, Ek, if she never answers your calls and never replies to your texts, move tf on she's obviously not interested. Continually just showing up where she is is creepy af.
And Pleng, Wan's pretty bluntly made it obvious she has no interest in Ek, and you meddling with it is just keeping his hopes up and betraying your best friend. You want her to have a boyfriend, fine I guess, but it's obviously not Ek. Why try and force your supposed bestie with someone they don't like?!?
I'm kind of wondering if Sang Gi is going to end up becoming a professor thus opening the door for him and his…
Yeah, they really went from subtly teasing a romance between them to blatantly saying there's going to be one over like 3 or 4 episodes lol. Your thought makes a lot of sense, and I can see it playing out that way for sure
That must be a you thing because I like their chemistry, you can have your own opinion of course just saying
To me, they don't have overwhelming chemistry, but they do have chemistry to the point I can see them actually being together. Bo Young and Hyung Sik they are not, but I've seen drama couples with way worse than them
I know that this is 1 case per episode type of drama but kinda lackluster that FLs parents case got solved so…
Ju Hyeong and Mun Jeong's boss looked bad with the divorce case, but he hasn't really been around enough for me to say he's actually a bad boss. To me, the only one that's no doubt bad is Chang Won's boss. Every time that guy is on screen, I wish I could reach through the screen and punch him honestly.
It sucks that the voice phishing case was a loss, but I can't say I fully disagree with the verdict. She should have gotten a more lenient sentence than she did, and they should have taken into account she was more a victim than a culprit, but she still broke the law, albeit unknowingly. It's like the old saying "Ignorance of the law excuses no one"
That never happens lol. IMDb is always lower on Asian shows than MDL is
There are absolutely trolls and bots on IMDb, and Douban is known to have paid review bombers and hypers, plus government bias. I'm not saying there isn't a bias on MDL, but saying those 2 sites are bias free is not accurate
how was it childish? i feel if i were in his position, i would've misunderstood her too. She phrased it in such…
I agree with you, when she asked, it sounded like she very much so wasn't sure if she was actually willing to meet up with him in Seoul or not. I took it as she wasn't sure if it was a vacation fling or real for her, not just for him. I thought that all the way until she explained what she was asking. It was a poor choice of words for sure.
There's a subway in the 7th episode. No matter what they do, it just doesn't feel natural to shove an advert inside…
I might be biased because I f'ing hate Subway, but it doesn't even make sense in this drama. They go to all these restaurants every day that has amazing looking food and they decide to go to Subway?!? If any shop, they should have gotten a PPL for Egg Drop, and that's if they even had a sandwich scene
She was 37 when they got engaged. She died at 37 in her first life, returned to age 27 and got engaged 10 years later. They joked about them being 10 years older than they were since they both have 10 extra years of memories, but their bodies were aged 37 years at the engagement
I don't get why Wan agreed to give Ek her number, or why she didn't give him a fake one. She obviously had no interest and never answered any of his calls or texts. Pleng answering out of jealousy was the first time he got through to her, and she just immediately hung up as soon as she got the phone back.
Why the hell would they wait for freaking TEN YEARS to get married though?! Didn't they confess their love in…
Yeah I agree with you, just saying what I think their intentions were. I liked how the KDrama dealt with the date a lot more. They made it known that it was a special day for them, had Hui Yeon and grandpa watch the kids, and had a reminiscing date. That felt like a way more realistic way to acknowledge her 1st life day of death
