I think they're not real siblings. In Linda's dad's party, they talked and Du Lei said that he was raised as a substitute but that Linda has never seen him as one because she's always viewed him as who he really is. Also in the novel, they were actually lovers (although Du Lei was not inlove with her). And so far, relationships and names are quite the same (or sound the same if it was an english name) as in the novel.

In the novel where it's based from, both the ML's and FL's families were in politics and military, hence, the names. But they did not use that plot in the series version.

The long wait for this drama is totally worth it! I can't help smiling. Luo Yun Xi's smile always melt my heart. The chemistry between him and Bai Lu is on point! The comedy are hilarious. I can't wait for the next episodes!!!
