yeah in away the plot seems quite similar, I haven't watched this one due to no subs. I swear if I spoke Thai I would do this in a couple of weeks

Had to reread that summary like ten times and I still don't think I get it.
A doctor's son got drowned, his mother blames the butler, the butler switched his illegitimate daughter as this family's daughter, and the family's daughter grew up with the butler, I didn't get the rest.
