Eegh. Someday these two will be put in something good and they'll take over BL. That love scene had first-rate…
It threw me off how they kept switching sides without a natural flow. First one of them is on top and then switch screen and they have already swapped. Same thing happened in the bathtub scene some episode ago. It kind of makes me as a viewer too conscious of how this is just a staged play when thereās no consistency in the cuts. And lol the climax was a bit anticlimactic š„² still hot tho š«¢
yes the novel is amazing, although be warned, it has very explicit content in it and is not for the faint of heart
Iām surprised by how good the writing is! Thereās some dark humor which is right up my alley š sometimes these kind of novels can be a bit draggy but this one is pretty funš
Iāve been thinking about this as well and came to the conclusion that Vee must have felt some kind of way about…
Thanks!
Iāve read through this discussion thread and honestly, came to some of the same main conclusions about Vee as you guys did by watching the āregularā version. Iād say Vee was interested in Mark even before they did the deed, he mightāve just not realized it himself because it wasnāt really an potion in that sense - maybe he just even pitied Mark but still, there was some kind of feeling there. But I totally agree that the directorās cut wouldāve been a little easier on the brain. Warās acting was stellar from the get go but Yinās acting is more subtle and his expressions etc. grows on you, so I had to go back to some of his scenes and rewatch those after getting a sense of the way he emotes.
Off to watch the directās cut now and enjoy the angst of the first episodes š

A side question, the pool scene youāre talking about, is it in one of the directorās cut episodes? I donāt remember seeing it while watching the series but I have seen it included in fanmade vids on yt.
