japanese dramas tend to center more about the characters complex feelings and inner dialogue keeping it slice of life, if you dont like it dont watch it

maybe they didnt have the stereotypical"do you wanna be my boyfriend" scene but the transition felt pretty smooth to me, they just accepted they were dating and loved each other but that's just my opinion

why are people so fixated on seeing them kiss??? they acted like a couple after establishing their thread was red. for me hugging, holding hands and caring for each other is even more romantic than kissing, and i really enjoyed the last eps with the father plot and chia kai telling dawei he wasn't alone in his struggles anymore. these actors really conveyed so well the characters feelings, you can just see the love in their eyes when they look at each other sometimes and i think that's beautiful. i dont find this drama dissapointing at all and im so excited for the special ep

i agree the plot is very nothing burger but the chemistry and level of intimacy they have going on it's very good maybe that's why

it's a pretty mid show but the kiss in ep 5 was SO incredible omg

this was so good???? i dont get the low rating, for being a short vertical drama it completely exceeded my expectations. maybe it was iijima hiroki's superb acting but i think it's a really well written and resolved story, short but compelling. very sweet and cute and all the actors had chemistry with each other

i actually like that dynamic it's not bad but when they cut to their scenes it just feels so abrupt and does nothing for the main plot like 😭

i find the second couple forced and unnecessary, like they're fine but why are they there
