China doing better job punishing a big fish but they are too strict. On the other country, it always been opposite. Big celeb or politicians are run free even after they are doing a worst kind of crimes. I don't know how many CEO or Hollywood execs has been proven with rape scandal and all of them still run free. Using a drug is not even a crime there. Big investing company doing a ponzi scheme all day and no one bats an eyes. My guess western is too forgiving and China is too strict.
