Amnesia / lost memory is the most ridiculous plot in any soap drama. In kdrama, I just cringe myself whenever see people get amnesia after get car accident or whatever.

But for some reason, it is acceptable and do not feels as stupid in xianxia.

Hong Yi and Mong Yi have concern about how she turn different but they still do not suspect someone took over the body.

Their interaction also just brief and they have no reason to come with exact conclusion. Especially they also don't know villain escaped the jail and they don't know Fox Queen and villain had confrontation.

They have no reason get suspicious at all.

It just one episode villain took the Fox queen body and you expect everything resolved? She even not meet anyone but Hong Yi which they never been that close and know each other really well.

Lady Hang Chou already so annoying. It will become more unbearable on further episodes when Gu Jin bring Ayin to the Heaven Realm.
