Well for one thing you laugh from beginning till the very end. Hadn't seen great quality movie in some time. That I really enjoyed and wasn't disappointed.

The detective has great capabilities of discernment and is investigating serious stuff...you have so much fun as he is seeking the truth. Things are not what they seem.

It is hilariously funny, witty, interesting,plenty action,his sidekick is great. It offers a little bit of everything, you don't get bored.

Actor Kim Myung Min which I loved his role in King of Dramas and Beethoven Virus...has delivered an excellent performance.

Epic Drama, Funny, Witty, A little Bit of Everything.

I've enjoyed this drama so much even though you
lose some things in translation. I've watched this in three
different translations. I've watched a few times since
I liked it so much. The music is great, the lead actor
has a beautiful mesmerizing voice, you hear it in the Ost.
I loved the opening song, I don't need the translation to
be swept away by the sweet melancholy tone.
There are beautiful dance scenes and epic war scenes.

I laughed when I saw the King ruling as a joke, he is the
puppet. His momma got the pants. Making this drama
even funnier. His nephew the "Prince" is "Living La Vida
Loca" with his crazy friends. He is a gorgeous mamma's
boy that gets away with all his pranks and mischief.
He is basically a happy go lucky kid in a man's body.
Until one day....

I loved it.

Well Dear friends if you like action...this movie has plenty!I love action movies! This one didn't let me down! Believe you me...there is plenty!

The story is interesting! Maybe there is a company like that in your town! How will lives be changed by their actions?

The Acting can't be better...there is Mr. So Ji Sub which I was looking forward to see how he would take on this character. Great performance didn't let me down. The characters will touch your heart!

I will definitely watch it over again...and again...and again...as I usually do with the ones I Love.

Action Hero

From beginning to end Action packed. I totally enjoyed this movie.
I was searching Jang Hyuk's profile and found this movie.
He done so many genres and he is excellent here too.
The translation was kinda cut, so I don't know if I lost some
info on the way.
Happy I got to see Jang Hyuk in action. I've been
following him for years. He played a cool guy, almost expressionless,
saw him smile at the end of the film. Funny, he always
was drinking out of a cup. Reminded me of Robert Downy Jr.
always snacking on set.
I enjoyed this movie.

The Good Wife?

Well what really surprised me was the role Nana played. I was watching this show looking to see what
Yoo Ji Tae was up to. I couldn't figure him out. For me Nana stole the show. The storyline with all the info leaks going everywhere from prosecution to lawyers and vice-versa. Everybody had a hidden agenda. I found it wanting yet I had to view till the end to see what happened. Sometimes I don't know if in the process of translation you lose some of the meaning of the story. The courtroom layout here was lame. it lacked drama. Some of the characters were comical, ridiculous and annoying. Somebody was always backstabbing someone. Choi Byung Mo did an excellent judge. The lawyers drove him crazy.

I invite mydramalist friends to view this film...please do!!!!!!

I just watched it and want to see it again so I won't miss anything!
As I was searching for dramas and movies from my favorite actors and came across this one.I came across two great actors Ha Ji Won from Secret Garden and Yeon Jung Hoon from Vampire Prosecutor.

I gave it a try and it's already a classic for me.

The acting is great...you fall in love with their characters. There is great chemistry between them. The supporting team is funny and sweet...sometimes tough.

The story is compelling, beautiful, happy, sad...I envy that type of love, persistence,faithfulness...giving your all.

The music complemented nicely the movie!

Yeah...I really loved this movie!

It's already a favorite...and on my list.

Will definitely re-watch!

Following my beloved Hu Ge (aka Kenny Lin aka Lin Geng Xin aka Kenny). BTW he has at least two profiles here on MDL. The other I found as Hu Ge. I watched this film to see what role he portrayed. He goes through different phases in his life making it interesting as you get to understand this character. I really am going to watch it again as I finish this review. Sometimes I may think "Oh it's a shallow movie, look at the title", you imagine it's about this and that . To my pleasant surprise there is more than meets the eye. I totally enjoyed it as the characters with their own dilemmas come together and weave an intricate story.
Please give it a try.

If you Live by the Sword...

The actors were fantastic and the action scenes with
Jang Hyuk really good. I have enjoyed their talent in
other shows.
I just watched Jang Hyuk in The Swordsman 2020 and that
guy has awesome moves. His character in Tomb of the River
(2021) has a project in mind and nothing will stop him,
nothing will get in hisway. He is like a steamroller. He
doesn't seem to have strong affections for anybody. He
is like a machine.
Please remember this is my humble opinion I share with
you. We do this because we very much enjoy these shows
and we love to share our views with others.

WHAT HAPPENED??

Yes I watched the whole thing but "what happened", I don't get it.
After all the twists and turns in those first 6 episodes wow you think it'll
get better. They were very intense and found interesting this perspective,
So I view the next 6 episodes with great anticipation AND I fell
on my face, Did I not get it. Did I not see something? Or was something
lost because of the translation of the drama?
I like the fact that they didn't wind up a couple thing.
Lee Jin Woo was too impulsive a couple of times.
The passion for the job of the main characters was envious. It was an
intense drama. The funny parts (comic relief) played a mayor role, so I wouldn't
have a stroke. :) I watched this drama to see what role Mr. Lee Seo Jin
would portray. I was really pleased with his performance. He is a great
actor.
