Have you not come to the part where she’s an extremely talented businessperson? That takes lots of smarts.
She seems politically astute to me especially for a woman of that era. She’s able to fill in the gaps of her knowledge by reading the paper scraps thrown out by the palace staff and officials. She takes that paper and recycles it after getting palace insights. That’s smart. So, I can’t really agree with your assessment.
I’m not impressed with the Flying Bird Society. They jump to conclusions without having all the facts. They out here ready to kill somebody who hasn’t even done anything wrong 😑!
Good drama! If you like lots of hot kisses, this is the drama for you. Besides that, I found the Republican-era plot entertaining, better than the average drama of this genre, and flowed well. As one commenter below said, the FL was fighting for her beliefs instead of some silly revenge. We had entirely too many revenge dramas this year.
what I really liked that they communicates most of the misunderstandings and didn't drag them on for too long.…
Why hide this great comment? There are no spoilers here. Your sensible comment made me realize I should comment with depth about the plot more instead of focusing on superficial silliness like sizzling chemistry and actors’ looks 😀😉 .
Song Mo's father did not love his wife because he was matched by the emperor, Song Mo's father only loved Song…
That was Song Mo’s mother, but his father didn’t love her. He loved his mistress, Song Han’s mother, instead. That’s why he hated Song Mo. Terrible man.
on ep 26. i don't really buy song han's descend into evil :( after those flashbacks his choice seems just out…
I agree. I said the same thing. Song Han’s descent to the dark side seemed to sudden and seemed to come from out of nowhere. The Director didn’t prep us at all.
