Falling Into You (steamy, dreamy, funny), To Fly With You (will have you cheering Bravo!)— both sports themed. Forever Love (high school to college romance)—All three star Wang An Yu, who’s got charisma for days. He’s good.
You Are My Glory—Dilraba & Yang Yang. Very good.
The Forbidden Flower—romantic, charming, heart-fluttering, swoon-worthy. Feels like a beach vacation getaway.
Really good as of episode 6. It’s definitely a slow-burn; so, patience is needed. But, the chemistry is building nicely. Excellent story development regarding the emotional and career hurdles each character has to overcome. Outstanding acting. I had my doubts about the FL as I have not enjoyed her in other dramas. But, she is fantastic in this role. Wu Lei is making me all the more impressed with him. He’s got great expressions and draws you into the character. Very charismatic. Ten stars for me so far.
I do. You can't really judge their chemistry based on nothing. They both are good.
I don’t base my opinion “on nothing.” I base my opinion on what I’ve seen from her in her numerous supporting roles. She’s played love interests before (Fight For My Way, What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim) and I wasn’t feeling it then and probably won’t in the future.
This was a good/decent drama. If it was a full fleshed out drama then it could have been better.
I liked that it was short episodes and fast moving. The main points were enough for me. I just needed a proper ending. One more clarifying episode would have sufficed, for crying out loud.

The snow scene was in China, Xiao Han’s hometown. They went there after the wedding. He had taken her there once before too when they first started dating.

Is that what happened? I thought when He Ran and Xiao Han were on the snowy mountain, she asked if he’d wait for her (which didn’t make sense to ask because they had just gotten married). He said he would of course. Then it cut to an airport scene where she was explaining to Han Yu why she chose Xiao Han. I assumed from that she was getting ready to board a flight to America for treatment.
Why didn’t Xiao Han go to America with He Ran for treatment? That’s what I didn’t understand. He had said he wanted to take care of her and he was her husband. Why did only her mom accompany her?
Did you watch past the credits? It seems clear to me.
Nahhh, not his imagination. The Director was clearly trying to please all camps with this seemingly ambiguous ending. But, it’s clear to me we got our happily ever after. There’s a commenter, TuRuah, I believe, below who explained it well. Also, glass half full, glass half full, glass half full…lol. That’s how I choose to believe. Too sad otherwise.
