Pharm feels a lot more bcoz In basically saw in front of his eyes that korn died but not dean as korn didnt experience that.. dean only experience the longing but not the devastated feeling of your loved one dies in front of you.. Dean does have flashbacks too. We just don't see it from his pov but he kinda gets what Pharm is going through.
