I try to answer your questions ;
1 -Yes he has evidence but in the past there is no such a thing called DNA test or finding culprit or victims DNA in the evidence or etc. we are talking about 1986 so he went to killers house to find more evidence that way he can explain the situation his superior in the police station. if investigation team didn't disband and he could find his police friends he can trust , He wouldn't go there alone to find evidence.
2 - I think they will catch Mok Jin Woo in the future at least they will find evidence but
Kwang Ho must catch him in the past and save all the woman who killed by MJW from 1987 to 2017. Afterall he must go back and for this he need Mok Jin Woo in the Tunnel. That should be the point of this drama.
3 - Seon Jae so badly hurt by the fact. Think about it your only friend actually your mothers killer that you are searching for years. When someone you like and trust betray you or when you find he is not the person you think , you are hurt .Kwang ho didn't have a friendship with Mok Jin Woo so I can understand he doesn't hold himself and get angry . But I think Seon Jae self-questioning right now. Why didnt he recognize him ? Why didnt he understand this before ? I am sure he will get angry next but he needs time.
But of course these are my thoughts :) sorry for my english.

I think this drama will be OCN's first successful female casting , ıts my first time seeing Lee Yoo Young in a drama. First I didnt like her because she is so cold but afterwards I understand why she is like that.

wow! I am amazed by their chemistry, it is so hard to find it nowadays .... I found my rom-com :)

I didn't like her in gap dong but here unexpectedly like her :)

wow such a good drama :) I am really glad that I begin this drama because it is soo good and much better than voice. My favourite crime drama is signal and this can be the second one depend on ending.
But I wish to marathon this drama because it is so hard to wait week by week

first episode so good :) I want to see how will characters change by the time , like the cast.

Where is Tabe Mikako at the last two eps???? Isn't she one of the main leads? WTH!!!

I understand that I really love Ji Chang Wook , He is great to watch :)
BTW I really like Shim Eun Kyeong too , she is so underrated thats not fair she is great actress

When proper subs out , I will watch it again :)

Thanks to god I can finish this one ... I dont know why but somethings off even though I like cast , acting and cinematography. I am bored at second half of this drama. Overall 7,5/10

Yoo chang soo (Park Hyung Shik) & Lee ji yi (Im Ji Yeon)

I think this drama unnecessarily long, 24 episodes so much for it they should cut this max 20 episodes because beginning of the show is boring thats why lost audience. Yes I know for get in the main story they need good basic in the story but that doesn't change the boredom. I have to watch 8 episodes to get in the story and only reason for me to stand is main cast.

But after that this show is really good. Characters sooo natural and thats so fun to watch it. For the romance aspect they have chemistry and they built the relationship so natural along the show thats fun to watch.

If I have to compare this show the others , I can say this one better than Bachelors vegetable store and slightly worse than King of Baking. - But if I have to compare in romance aspect I can say this one better than these two show.
