I didn't watch first season and handle it well in my opinion :) But I am watching this series as fan of Ji Chang Wook so if you are curious about drama and all of it you should watch first season cause it's continuation . And I have to add this at second season male lead changed also female lead changed too ... so it's up to you

I know he is different but saying unnormal is terrible furthermore by his father of course if someone grow up by hearing he isn't normal at the end he will be angry .... I really want to see Lee Yeong Oh more and more cause I am curious ... And I have to say this surgery scenes really seems exact I didn't see that kind of details any medical drama before ... like it so much ....

for me it is one of the best shoujo manga live-action .... chemistry is good and girl is not annoying that is the best part :)
