I largely agree except for the Doc. I was in the nursing profession for long time and that was a major violation…
In Canada, what the doctor did would be a violation. Even though Dr Nam is now Tian's de facto primary care giver, Dr Nam would need a signed Release of Information document from Tian to get his records sent from anywhere else in the first place. Dr Nam wouldn't be able to look into Tian's medical history documentation at all without that permission. Using some personal connections to obtain it would likely get both the doctor and whoever supplied it dismissed.
Further, Dr Nam would almost certainly be dismissed and potentially stripped of the right to practice if he told anyone, even Phupha, about any of the contents of those records.
The only thing a doctor in Canada can look up without a patient's specific permission is their medication and prescription history, to check for allergies and to prevent abuse of prescribed medications. In Canada, it's standard practice for a person to sign ROI forms when they start seeing a new doctor or visit a specialist. The patient does have the right to refuse to sign one, though.

You're right. In that one, he had a mouth full of food and he was pouty about having his picture taken: lol! (It just makes me giggle because Earth so often says that Mix is pouty in interviews, but he's the one I've seen pulling those long faces more often...)
I hope that some of you will calm down eventually and realise that you're responding as passionately , and not unreasonably, as the villagers first did on hearing the news: esp. when you-know-who said "and I'm responsible" right in front of them. That's where their outrage and shunning come from....
I also hope that you'll come to remember that you-know-who lied to the other outraged person a number of times when asked.
Strong reactions shouldn't really be a surprise, here. Folk felt mislead and betrayed.

PS: Your profile pic is hilarious: P'Earth "I'm-never-pouty" Pirapat. XD
