If you're looking for a fast-paced, action packed, well acted series with 2 actors that have amazing chemistry…
I thought it was brilliant, albeit with a few petits défauts...

This is a perfect example of toxic labelling and exclusion. There is no such thing as a difference between BL…
In others words, those authors wanted to fetishise us and for us to keep our yaps shut about it. I think not.

Few would dare sanction a genre of literature based on, say, an ethnicity that was comprised of authors from outside that ethnic group these days. And if any did, I'd be the first to protest that.

Thankfully, more and more productions seem to try trying to move past some of the more borderline-offensive tropes.

I swear if i didn't check the cast i wouldn't have known joo ji hun was there.
Even as I watched, I only recognised him when he was playing the school aged flashbacks. As the adult Jin Hyuk, he was transformed... and looking damned good!!! xD

Unpopular opinion. I gave up this show because of the overuse of comic sound effects. They gave me headache. Bells,…
I feel much the same way. I'll give it one or two more episodes but will drop it if it continues as it has, I'll drop it.

Did you notice how his eyes were shining during the scene where they were saying their good nights at Tian's?…
Agreed.

In my opinion, the show was doing extremely well but the last episode was RUSHED. They could've executed it a…
I get what you're saying. I posted this not long after the Finale:

"It did have it's flaws and misses. For me, the finale was the weakest episode with plot holes large enough to smuggle out a corrupt congressman (pun intended) and the cheese platter was served in the last few minutes as every shipper had their dreams come true.

Despite that, the project as a whole, to me, felt like something bold, fresh and interesting. Personally, I don't look forward to another rinse and repeat series about love at the University. With so many of those, the cheese being served had gone stale, indeed...

I also found that this series had so any great performances that more than made up for the weaknesses in the plot line. To each their own, but I hope we'll see more series like this, as opposed to less."

I just finished this and loved it. So nice to see adults acting like adults without the typical BL drama of ex…
If you scroll downstream through the thread, there's been some speculation, but certainly nothing confirmed.

I loved this more mature gay series. Are there others like this? Even if bromance. The Guardian, S.C.I., Untamed…
Check my watchlist and see if there are any that might appeal. I'm 53 and enjoy mature themes, too. =)

Something about episode 13 doesn't sit right with me, at ALL.
How so?

Can someone please answer whether MoD is the last project of Tul?
There's been some speculation, but nothing's confirmed, AFAIK.
If you scroll down the threadstream, you'll see some posts. =)

Hope they improve their acting. Everyone was just so bland and lifeless and some of the characters were even awkward.
I was disappointed with all of the performances except for Gene's.

i read numerous comments complaining about the sound effects in the first episode, so felt the need to write this.…
I've read this position a few times (from different people) and, while I can't discredit it, I would say that they're running an enormous risk with driving people away from the show. The shade will be lost if all that is left are viewers who love that sort of thing.

I haven't been bored for a second. Glad it's been saved for you. =)

Yes, it is so nice to have a mature series where people actually act like adults in the real world.
Have you seen Grey Rainbows? While they start in school it quickly addresses topics in a largely mature way. (At 53, I enjoy mature representations, myself.) It's really good but, fair warning, is a tear jerker.

PS: The wee one in your profile pic looks like a sweetie!

Mix is studying to be a vet so he's referred to as a doctor.
In Canada, veterinary practice is usually entered into by people with a passion for working with animals. It's a different discipline from human medicine and is popular, I think, partly because animal companions (pets) are popular with Canadians. (Of course, there's also livestock farming.)

***LIGHTNING FLASH***
Wouldn't a series with Earth and Mix running a Veterinary clinic be great?! XD

Asian BL: "Try not to delulu !"Thai BL: "Hold my paddle ...":P
I can live with this sort of delulu XD

I don't know how comfortable Earth and Mix are with getting shipped, but I'm pretty sure the floodgates have opened!

Joey, I don't suppose you can tell what characters Earth traces onto Mix's back in this video?

It took them years to get this to the screen but it's been very much worth the wait!
