I'm curious how they'll make it believable that the FL loves the ML more than her ex (if that's still the goal),…
I'm assuming they're doing the whole "I love you more so I won't tell you so you won't worry" meanwhile the ex clearly has already known since the US. The same thing she's doing with her family, hiding it from them because she doesn't want them to worry.

Everyone trying to give benifit of doubt to ML mom, while instantly judging FL ex. So much double standards when…
Because there's a difference in what we saw. We saw the ex make out with someone at a party, but with the ML's mum the scenes were her smiling at the other guy and getting into his car or hugging. That one has more of a chance of being explained with context

i just don't understand why seokryu keeps telling her ex-fiance that their break up wasn't his fault. did we literally…
There has to be more context with their breakup because that just doesn't make sense. She's also treating him way better than anyone would if they saw their ex kissing someone.

Ah I meant the preliminary meeting that was released today on WeTV. I was hoping if anyone knew a link to watch it free online

I understand that you want to move on and leave the girl you like behind, but I hate it when a completely different…
Looking from the ex's perspective, I would be so mad if my boyfriend acted calm and agreeable in front of me but emotional and full of life when with his female best friend. I get that they're trying to push the whole "one true love" concept with the main leads but ouch that's disrespectful towards the ex

What are the chances that FL is also a foster kid? Chances are they never had a kid of their own so absolutely…
The boy in the flashback can't be the ML bc he looked significantly older than the FL. We know in ep2 that the ML is younger

Honestly I'm loving the drama so far - but i just hate the whole he has liked her since they were in high school/kids…
same, i was hoping they'd both start falling in love in their thirties instead of the whole "i have been in love with you since we were kids". it's cute, but I've been seeing it a lot recently, i want something new

But realistically, there's nothing that could cure him and he only had a few days of life left. I don't think it's possible he's still alive :( but we know that's what LLH wanted in the first place so I'm just going to accept it

I just finished this, I can't stop crying someone help😭😭 I didn't expect the ending to ruin me this much
I saw a comment say that in the novel, Duobing ended up finding Lianhua, who had turned blind and was losing his memory. He took care of him until he died. I don't know why I'm so sad, we literally knew from the first episode that he was going to die soon and that he was ready to die too. I am so heartbroken

Title Love Next Door Spoiler
The show couldn't even last 2 episodes before brute-forcing romance... The leads interacting as actual friends…
I was looking forward to that too, them slowly starting to develop feelings in their thirties instead of the typical repressed childhood crush but it's just the beginning, hopefully things may go a different direction

You don't like the sounds of Chinese? That's so weird
Refusing to watch any content from a country just because you don't like the way they speak is weird point blank

On Mysterious Lotus Casebook Aug 14, 2024
I love how through Lianhua and Duobing solving the cases one by one, Lianhua stops becoming as significant in the mystery solving, and Duobing starts to solve more and more on his own. It was so naturally done that it's satisfying to see. I'm only on episode 24, but the difference in the detective work for the "Girls' Mansion" case vs the first two cases is very clear. Duobing has now pieced a lot of things by himself, and the continuous confirming eye contact with Lianhua in this case says it all. He's finally on the same page as him, and finally understands the meaning of new clues from a single glance. There were times when he even caught things that Lianhua did not notice, which is very rare. I think Lianhua's increasing tiredness and weakness is also a factor that comes to play, as he is becoming slightly less sharp with noticing things.
